✔ We use a smart lock on the front door and will send the entry code at least 24 hours prior to your stay. Each code used is unique to the guest and is only active during the time of the reservation. No keys to pick up or keep track of!

✔ Parking is free and there is room for multiple vehicles

* Other things to note *
✔ There is an external NEST doorbell with a camera incorporated in place for your protection on the front-door of the home. There are NO cameras inside the home or on any of the outdoor living areas.

✔ Coffee, condiments & ingredients, foil, are NOT provided.

✔ Salt/pepper provided

✔ A starter kit consisting of liquid hand soap, 2 toilet paper per bathroom, 3 dishwasher pods, 1 roll paper towels, 1 bottle dish soap, and garbage bags are provided. If you need more, please bring with you.

✔ Washer and Dryer

✔ Guests will have the entire home to themselves and will have access to all the amenities.

✔ Cancellations - Our policy is strict and do not allow cancellations, please obtain travel insurance if you think you may need to cancel.

✔ No refunds for weather, power outages, or other natural disasters that are beyond our control.

✔ Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited (Guests will be charged for cleaning and damages. Please pickup after yourself if you smoke in parking area.)

✔ MAX occupancy of 6.

✔ No early check in or late check out. (If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour.)

✔ Pets are not allowed. (If you sneak a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 for deep cleaning and you will be asked to leave with no refund.)

✔ We reserve the right to charge a $250 deep cleaning fee if the home is left outside normal use. Our cleaners work extremely hard to make sure the home is sparkly clean for each family. We kindly ask to organize prior to checkout.
