Nice place, good location.

Very nice house and location. Needs outdoor door pool furniture. Big pool, but no place to sit without dragging the lanai furniture out. Would stay again.

Invasion

Owner had cameras watching us 24-7 Which waa an invasion of our privacy 🤔 There where no blinds or curtain at the kitchen window or sliding glass door Owner can see straight in the house at all times . Kitchen was not equipped for cooking I had to purchase skillets and untinsils to cook with . Pool would not stay heated so the property manager was nice enough to bring her own cover for the pool so it would stay heated . Property Manager was fantastic . I would not rent this house again .

Prior review was far too generous: - Guest was high maintenance. Multiple conversations with property manager to address. - 3 cameras only outside - 6' foot fence in the backyard and elsewhere for privacy - I purchased and shipped additional outside pool furniture to meet guest's needs. - Unfortunately the weather in Florida was very cool for March 2024. Pool heat pump was set on 87 degrees (but guest or other changed temperature to over 90). The pool is not a hot tub! - Guest purchased duplicate utensils that were already next to the stove in draw, - Hair dryer was missing upon my arrival. - This is a home and not the 4 Seasons with hotel staff! - Would not rent to this this guest again.
