Amazing Boutique Apartment with a beautiful Balcony by CASA CARMEL. A newly renovated and spacious apartment located at the heart of Haifa in the best location called Carmel Center. Unbeatable location - (zero) walking distance from EVERYTHING you need - restaurants, pubs, Bahai Gardens, supermarkets, shopping center, transportation and many of Haifa's most famous attractions. Located in an historical stone building surrounded by a natural grove. It is the best place to stay and experience Haifa.
A unique and beautiful apartment. The 110 square meters apartment is very spacious and fully equipped with everything needed - your home away from home.
Both bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds and are very spacious. One of the rooms has an extra sofa that opens to a double bed.
The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable long and short stays.
There's a beautiful balcony overseeing the grove and allows our guests to enjoy the fresh air of the Carmel mountain.
The entire place is yours during your stay.
Prior to your arrival date, we will add you to our special WhatsApp group for easy and fast communication and send you our special *Guests guidebook* which includes lots of useful information - e.g. driving directions to CASA CARMEL, recommendations, tips, attractions and restaurants in the area, house rules and instructions, self check-in details and additional guest services we offer our guests. We highly recommend reading the guidebook.

- When the apartment is booked for 2 guests or less, only one of the two bedroom may be accessible and the other one will be locked.

- Smoking inside the property is forbidden (only outside on the balcony).
- No noise or loud music allowed after 23:00. Parties are not allowed.
- Apartment is on the second floor. Guests must climb stairs. No elevator or wheelchair access.
- Please note: As part of check-in process, foreign residents(non-Israeli residents) will be required to provide a photo of their passport. Only one passport is required, from the person who made the reservation.
- Please note: Only Israeli residents (and not foreign residents) are required by law to pay additional 17% VAT. The VAT amount was not included in the price of the booking on VRBO and must be paid separately and directly to the host via BIT/PayBox/Bank transfer prior to or during check-in.
