Quintessential Cape May Point beach cottage nestled in the dunes! This 3 BR/2 BA home is just footsteps to the beach. This home features ample outdoor spaces included a screened porch, a rear sun deck, as well as a roof top deck for additional privacy. Level one offers a living room, an open concept kitchen with sliders leading outside, a dining area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room. The second level offers itself to double as a spacious den as well as a bunk room with 4 single beds. And to complete this beach house is a private outdoor shower with changing area. Birding, Butterflies and Beaches!
From sunrise on the roof deck to evening sunset on the beach a very short walk away, this cottage was the perfect place to enjoy autumn’s natural wonders in Cape May Point!

Family vacation
Location is great, beds are comfortable, wifi works great. The 2 things I would add is a ceiling fan in the dining room/kitchen and enclose the trash cans, racoons got into the trash every night. Overall we loved it and would rent the house again

Annual family reunion
My brothers, our families, and I get together for a vacation every year. This was the first time we've stayed in a vrbo vs hotel. It was SO fun! This house provided enough space for all 11 of us. It's very close to the bayside beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The 2 decks and screened in porch add much variety to the living space. It made a great vacation spot 😃
