Our modern and spacious, beach house is available in Cape May Point. Comfortable and well appointed. Summer rentals are weekly. We are 3 blocks from private, secluded, guarded beaches, walk to circle, CMP Science Center, state park, & lighthouse. Our home is literally across the street from Lake Lily and the CM Audubon bird observatory. A safe, quiet, family friendly neighborhood with minimal traffic, choose to walk or bike to nature trails. Bike to west cape may, and historic cape may city. Included: Ample driveway and free street parking, 6 bikes, 6 beach tags, 8 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 1 beach tent & beach toys, smart TV, premium cable and wifi, large front porch, grill.  
Open floor plan connects a gourmet kitchen for cooks to spacious dining area, large table expanding to seat 10 comfortably, spacious living room, and a large front porch with a dining table and outdoor lounge furniture.  Fenced yard for little ones, Large back yard. First floor: two spacious bedrooms, a full bath, laundry closet with washer & dryer.  Second Floor: 2 very large bedrooms and full bath. Master bedroom features a California king sized bed, large walk in closet, open space for yoga, and a small private balcony. The second upstairs bedroom/den has a full size over full size bunkbed and a trundle daybed sofa.
  In the private and secluded backyard, an enclosed outdoor shower and dressing room, large propane grill, picnic table and outdoor furniture, two hammocks mounted on mature trees. Bikes&Beach equipment is stored in the large shed.
PLEASE NOTE: Pets are prohibited. Guests will provide their own sheets and towels. Friday to Friday check ins and outs till 3rd week of August.

We had such a comfortable stay! The kitchen is well stocked and the deck is so nice. We chose this location so we could walk easily to see sunsets and it is perfect for that! The neighborhood is excellent for bike riding, and we enjoyed the house bikes. Lots of beach gear in the shed as well. One thing to know is that the beach tags are for Cape May Point beaches, not Cape May city beaches. We also appreciated the different heating and cooling zones in the house, so everyone could sleep comfortably. Overall a great stay!

Warm, inviting, extremely well equipped house. Grounds and plantings were lovely. Front porch great place for morning coffee and conversation. Plenty of beach chairs and beach tags. MaryKate was so very responsive. She was a great host.

A wonderful home in a nice quiet neighborhood. This house was well equipped with beach chairs, bikes and a wagon. The outdoor shower was great after a day at the beach and the provided beach tags were a big plus. The owner was easy to communicate with, even suggesting a babysitting service which worked out well.

Great Beach Vacation

Our family had a great time in Cape May. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach chairs were very useful and we enjoyed the nearby beach. We really enjoyed walking to the state park and Lake Lily. The beds were comfortable and we had enough space for everyone.

Fabulous stay at Blueberry Cottage

We had the best time in Cape May Point at this beautiful home! It was the perfect location with just a short walk to several great beaches and morning walks around Lake Lily. Every room in the house was very well equipped including a well stocked pantry. We loved having access to the bikes, beach chairs and beach tags. The large kitchen table was perfect for our group of 8 and so was the front deck and picnic table out back. It was a great week with great friends made even better in this fabulous home!

This is a great property—clean, well equipped, quiet, and attractive inside and out! Our group of eight felt very comfortable in the house and also appreciated all of the outdoor extras (bikes, beach passes, chairs/umbrellas, etc.) that the hosts provide. The kitchen is modern and nicely stocked and the backyard grill is easy to use as well. We really enjoyed sitting and eating on the front deck while looking out onto the pretty gardens. An excellent choice for a beach vacation!

CMP Annual Vacation

My family has been spending a week in Cape May Point for 20 years. We had the pleasure of staying in this house this year, and it was great for me, my husband and three young adult kids. Added bonus were the bikes which we used to get to the beach and to the lighthouse.

Wonderful family vacation

Perfect place for our multi generation family vacation! The house is so clean, spacious yet cozy, and beautifully decorated (we especially enjoyed the houseplants and blueberry bushes). The hosts are welcoming and responsive, and their care and attention to detail is evident and makes the stay extra special - they have thought of literally everything to make their guests comfortable! The Cape May Point beaches are beautiful and a short walk or bike ride away. We also loved nature walks around Lake Lily. We look forward to coming back to stay here again!

Best house we have rented

Very nice. Great beaches. House had everything you need and them some. Kids loved riding bikes. I just enjoyed reading on front porch and going down to watch sunset at the beach. Fresh flowers was a nice touch. Thanks to our host.

Slice of heaven

Our family with three young children stayed here for a week in August, it did not disappoint. Despite being new on VRBO, the Hannah family are pros at making renters feel welcome and equipped to have a comfortable week. The house was fully stocked with the basics for cooking and cleaning and they were promptly available when questions came up. The house is very spacious and fenced in front yard was perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing with a drink at the end of the day. Thanks for a great stay!!

Wonderful experience

We stayed at this lovely home and couldn’t have been happier. The host was incredibly quick to respond to any questions I had. The house was very clean, charming and actually more spacious than the photos showed. It was really well stocked inside and out, from kitchen spices to band aids! Impressed that beach tags came with the house, and also 6 bikes and a shed fully stocked with beach equipment for all ages. There were so many personal touches that it was easy to tell how much pride the owner has in their house. We were here with our college ages kids and another family and we loved it- would absolutely rent this again:-)

Very Welcoming!

Nice quiet location. The kitchen was nicely stocked, including fresh fruit and vegetables, beer and wine. Fresh flowers were throughout. Kitchen included towels, liquid soap and dishwasher tabs. There was laundry detergent and soaps/shampoo/conditioner. The bedrooms were spacious and more than accommodated our family of eight. Two year old granddaughter loved the cherry tomatoes and blueberries in the yard. Good outdoor space, although more mosquitoes than expected as we were closer to the lake than we had stayed before. Nice to have bikes and beach equipment included at the house. The host was very responsive when we had questions or issues.

Perfect at Cape May Point

Three generations of our family enjoyed a lovely week at this inviting Cape May Point home. The rooms were bright and tastefully decorated. We loved that there were live houseplants throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped with enough room for 2-3 people to be working in there at the same time. The second floor a/c wasn't working when we arrived (we were the first people, including the owners, to use it this season) and MaryKate was very responsive and got a technician out to make a repair the very next day, which was a Sunday! We enjoyed making use of the outdoor deck, both for eating and lounging. In general, the home was very clean (bathroom and kitchen sparkling) though we did find some pet (dog?) fur here and there (only mentioning in case folks might have allergies). The blueberry bushes were a hit with our 11 yr old daughter, who picked a fresh handful each morning when she whipped up pancakes. There were a bunch of great bird field guides on hand - our bird-loving 7 year old nephew especially loved the one that includes recorded bird songs. The location was perfect. Quiet and peaceful, about an 8 min walk to Sunset Beach and maybe about 15 min to Pearl and adjoining beaches. We recommend Jake's Pizza for those trying to please kid and adult tastes (some of the best pizza crust I've had in a while). One thing to note: you need to bring your own bed linens and bath & beach towels. Just something to know as you think about packing up your car. We would stay here again!

We appreciate the wonderful location, so close to the Cape May Point beaches. The front outdoor seating is super comfortable for relaxing and eating. The kids loved picking blueberries (encouraged by our host). The kitchen is exceptional, well equipped and big enough for 3 cooks!

The cottage is a lovely, comfortable home exactly as described. We (8 adults) loved the front porch for relaxing in the morning and evening, the quiet backyard with hammocks, a large table and a grill, and the provided bikes and beach gear (wagon, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, everything needed). As other reviews mentioned, the kitchen truly is very well equipped, and MaryKate was very responsive when we needed to be in touch. It's a great location with easy access to the Point beaches and a short drive/bike into Cape May. Zero complaints!

A wonderful stay in Cape May Point

I stayed here with friends for a week. MaryKate is a gracious host and the home is perfect. One of the most well equipped kitchens I’ve experienced and really great location. Plenty of sleeping options and the walk to the beach was also easy. Highly recommended!
