Cute place, needs some TLC
We stayed there for my son's graduation. My dad has mobility issues so the handicap ramp and wide doorways were nice. The porch and living area was also nice. It lacked a dining room table to accommodate the number of people the rental holds. The kitchen was lacking most everything you need to use the kitchen - plates, cups, mugs, bowls (of any sort - even to scramble eggs). We bought coffee mugs and left them there; some plastic reusable cups were there - possibly from the previous guests who also found items missing. We worked around all that however, the showers were not sanitary.
There were sewer gnats in the shower that we treated with Pine Sol, and we found used bar soap left in the other shower. It just needs many kitchen items and to really take care of the shower problems. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay for a family get together.
