WRISTBANDS ARE $25+TAX/PERSON

Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.

Living the Island Life! Pueblo Del Padre II #4 is located on the second floor of a beautiful quiet condominium complex. The condo is tastefully decorated and features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and flat-screen TV, as well as a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat-screen TV as well. Both bedrooms will walkout to the shared balcony facing the sparkling community pool area.

The living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, perfect for game days or movie nights! There is also an added sofa bed to accommodate 6 guests total. The dining table has seating for 4 guests, with additional seating at the bar. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils to make delicious home-cooked meals. Go for a dip in the sparkling swimming pool, or layout poolside for some rest & relaxation! Grab the group and hit the beach! It's just a 5-minute walk from your front door!

SPI Rentals was very responsive

Our stay was one of the very first for the property. There were several different maintenance issues but, each time we called the SPI team was right on it. The location is great for walking to the beach, a coffee shop, and grocery store. All are within one block or less.

Prime location

The location is ideal! You can walk to beach within minutes or Gravity Park/Entertainment district since location is right in the middle of both. The space is larger than images posted, which was a wonderful surprise to walk in to. We went with 2 teens and they could have invited 2 friends with plenty of room. Location provided all the necessities for our spring break stay. We cooked several meals and had access to a local grocery store around the corner. Bedding was super comfortable allowing us to truly rest and relax. The showers did not provide hot water, only lukewarm, but that is a personal preference. I would definitely refer others to stay here and would rent again when visiting SPI.

Wonderful and relaxing!

Super clean and spacious! Only 1/2 block from beach and beach access! Nicely supplied with paper towels, cascade for dishwasher, toiletries, wagon and all you need for beach! Also, washer and dryer a plus! SPI Rentals just a text away!

Weekend summer stay

It was my first time in Texas and since I was in training nearby I would take a short weekend trip to get some beach time. I didn’t know where to stay and had no recommendations. I am happy that I came upon South Padre Island rentals. I was making the reservation for both myself and a traveling coworker who would be joining me with her husband as well. The positives: I called to ask questions about the rental and spoke to Angeline. She was extremely helpful and friendly. I explained I knew nothing about the area. She was more than willing to give me a description of the area and assured me it was close to the beach. Her customer service was great, and she was right…very close to the the beach. Also close to shops, restaurants, and cafes (one about a block down the street) that was amazing! The condo is very well kept, updated, inviting, and was clean. I would honestly say it’s probably one of the cleanest air B&Bs I have ever stayed in. Even the corners and baseboards! There is a pool, but we did not utilize it since we were mostly at the beach. The condo has everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need to cut up your own meal, but we did not do that since we were eating out often. There is a washer and dryer, and they gave you a courtesy of two watches by providing the detergent and some softener . So that was very thoughtful and considerate .
