This adorable, recently renovated cottage is located behind our other VRBO cottage (3290894). The fully enclosed backyard is a wonderful place to relax. Centrally located to all top attractions including Seven Falls, The Broadmoor, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, hiking and mountain biking trails.

Cute little cottage! The kitchen has all you need, including a stacked washer dryer in the closet. Comfortable bed, adequate little loveseat. Close enough to walk to The Broadmoor, and a short drive to many attractions.

This was our favorite "small cottage stay" in the CS area thus far! Cozy, clean and quiet, but near everything we like to do. Love the decor and outdoor sitting area as well! We will book again!

What a great getaway. The cottage was perfect for two of us. We were there for a girls hiking trip and it was a stellar location, just about 15 min away from all of the hikes we wanted to do. Communication with the owner was fantastic and they even told us we could arrive early. The bed was so comfortable and the living room was a cozy spot to come home to after a long day outside. Thank you so much!

Wonderful cottage located to many attractions.

The cottage had evrything we needed and more! Check in and out were a breeze The cabin was fully stocked with anything we needed and was conveniently located to many aof the sites we visited. We loved it and would stay again if we are in the area!

We had a wonderful stay here at the cottage. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts were amazing and if there were any issues they were on top of it. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Cute cottage in great location

The cottage was clean and quiet we had a small private backyard and the kitchen had everything we needed. The best part was the location, it was in one hour of everything we wanted to do. The breakfast at the cafe across the street was very good as well.Karen and David answered any questions we had promptly.

Cute Cottage Located Conveniently

My spouse and I attended a conference at the Broadmoor. All the rooms were completely booked so we decided to rent out this cottage. The walk to the Broadmoor was only about 15 mins walk. PRO TIP: Park closer to avoid going through the neighborhoods that involve walking inclines.The property size was good enough for my husband and I for a weekend trip. The bed was comfortable. Highly recommend.
