Guest access
Self-check-in with a smart lock through the rear of the home. Drive up the steep driveway and park near the 2-car garage.

Guests can access the entire home including spacious two car garage. There is additional parking on the street. The driveway can fit 3-4 vehicles and additional vehicles can park in the garage or on the street.

Note garage loft is detached from the main house with NO restroom. The entrance to the home is a short walk down a flight of stairs.

Other things to note:

- Driveways in Massanutten are steep but cars are fine. In the winter prepare for AWD/4WD in the snow! There is street parking available if needed.

- The 6th bedroom is a loft above the garage is detached from the main house. There is no restroom in the loft, so you'd need to access the main house which is just a staircase away.

-This property is located in the mountains backing to the national forest and we have the pleasure of seeing beautiful wildlife around the home.

- This is a pet-friendly cabin, so it may not be suitable for those with pet allergies. No refunds will be provided for allergy issues during stay.

- No smoking inside the house. Smoking in the house will incur a $750 fine. Smoking is allowed outside of the house but all butts are to be cleaned up and safely removed.

- Bunk beds are children only; 130lbs max.

- There are two driveway security cameras that face away from the house.

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners, and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Keep noise indoors during these hours.
No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
Keep all tires off the road.
Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
Park only in designated areas or the overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840).No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads.
Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
High wildfire risk area!
No open fires.
No unattended fires.
No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions; check MassanuttenVillage.com or the electronic sign at the entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS
Leash always required when outside.
Clean up after your pets.

TRASH
Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks, or carports.
Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
Dumpsters are located at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840.
