This large home has all the features and amenities you'll need to build lasting memories for you and your loved ones. Each of the 4 bathrooms has a tiled shower and comes equipped with essentials including soaps, towels, and makeup remover cloths. All 3 bedrooms on the upper level have a private balcony. The lower-level bedroom is perfect for guests who may find stairs inaccessible. All of these amenities are tucked away in a private circle and within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. The third bedroom is a Southern California surfer theme. For those seeking the surfer "vibe," look no further. This room makes you feel right at home and gives you the experience of a California surfer local. This room has 2 full-size beds and a private balcony that overlooks the private cul-de-sac out front.

The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level. It has a queen-sized bed and will transport you to the famous San Diego gaslamp district. The room presents a chic feel with clean lines and a contemporary style.
