This stunning property nestled in a prime location near the beach offers an array of desirable features that are sure to captivate. With its private pool, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and a dock, this home provides a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and waterfront living.
It has also a soccer table for kids and a BBQ area to enjoy with all the family!

★10% of all Hucoo Homes proceeds are Donated to the Hucoo Foundation, a non-profit on a mission to provide housing for kids who need it most★
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR ANY PARTIES AT THE PROPERTY.
A boat will be parked at the back of the property, towards the canal area. It is forbidden to touch or approach the boat. There will be a camera directed towards the boat (without affecting the privacy of the guests). A $300 charge will be made to guests who disrespect this rule.
Renters DO NOT have access to the boat lift.
Please ensure that the photography entities are verified to be insured with both workers’ compensation and general liability coverages. As this amenity is not covered by the vacation rental program, we advise that the photographer is required to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) before the check-in since the COI is part of the contract agreement for the stay.

This beautiful home is located in Knoll Ridge which is a relaxing, family-oriented neighborhood in Pompano Beach Florida. In a calm and quiet area that is less than 15 minutes from Pompano Beach where you can enjoy fine dining, beautiful beaches, bars, shops and so much more!
The house is perfectly located near two major highways and just a short 5 to 10 min drive from all the restaurants, nightlife, and beautiful outdoor views Pompano has to offer. You are also a short Uber ride from the beach, airport to help maximize your stay in this one-of-a-kind city!
