For your visit to the Saginaw or Bay City area you will be close to everything.
located 2 miles from the hospitals and less then 3 miles from the Dow Event
Center, plus near old town Saginaw where you can eat, drink, do business and explore. Also close to the Bay Rd corridor where you will find more restaurants and lots of retail shopping. If your in town to enjoy our river and Bay for Walleye fishing you will be close to the water as well. Saginaw river is 1 mile

Lovely place to stay. Bed was comfortable and house clean. We enjoyed the mom & pop restaurant Fuzzy’s that was walking distance from the house.

Overall it was a perfect for our needs as we were in town for a tournament and did not spend much time in the house. The house was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It's a small older place in an older neighborhood. Host was very responsive - didn't get the entry code before check-in but responded very soon after messaging.

Short stay but nice.

Only at the house for the weekend but it was clean and in a safe area. Beds were comfy and amenities satisfactory. No complaints and would stay here again.

Nice Spot

In town for a wedding and this turned out to be a great spot. Host was easy to communicate with and the place was just as described. Everything was easy and relaxed. Would definitely recommend.

Cute place in a good location

Spiders on the back patio scared my mom away, but i found them fascinating, and they do a great job of keeping the mosquitoes at bay. Owner forgot about me, but answered right away when I texted to get checked in. Overall great stay.

There are several shopping area Walmart, Dollars store, eateries within a 5 mile radius. The property was clean, quiet neighborhood. It felt like home away from home. Pots, clean towels, the works!!!Butch, the host was very reachable. He answered call and messages. I highly recommend it

For the money this house was fine. The bathroom was a bit rough, particularly the shower the one bed had a very thick memory foam that was not responsive so kit was incredibly difficult to move on it. It was really aggravating. The kitchen was fine and the location was fine too.

Sorry that you don’t care for the memory foam mattresses most people love them And I’m not sure what was wrong with the shower as we have never had a complaint not even from you
