The unit was sharing a wall with constant construction. It was like it was happening inside our unit it was so loud. We could never be inside the unit comfortably. We paid for this vacation and never got to rest or be inside the unit without feeling extremely stressed. My partner is disabled and can’t be around loud noises so this made all their symptoms flare up. We were never offered another unit or reimbursement even after reaching out to Vrbo support and complaining to the host. We just had to endure, as we were ignored of our request to resolve this issue. We don’t recommend staying here or with Vrbo properties as it seems there is not repercussion for this sort of thing. We are now convinced to only stay in hotels, where we would be moved immediately upon any sort of noise disturbance like this. There was also not enough toilet paper for the week. We were only given two towels with no hooks to dry them. Also the outdoor spa was very dirty and full of construction dust all over the patio along with terrible noise. Don’t stay here. Get yourself a hotel.
