Tucked into the rolling hills of Amish country, the newly-constructed Middlehaven offers an escape from the city and a chance to connect with the folks who matter most.

YOUR LARGE GROUP (& FIDO) ARE WELCOMED HERE
Middlehaven has room for everyone including:
✔️The Main House 5 bedrooms (sleeps 15)
✔️The Loft Apartment 1 bedroom (sleeps 6- addition cost $200/night)
✔️The Conservatory 1 bedroom (sleeps 2- additional cost $150/night)

For groups of 15 or less, The Main House offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, giving you ample space to spread out comfortably in English Cottage-style accommodations.

For groups of 16+, The Loft Apartment offers additional sleeping arrangements for up to 6 other people.

Want more privacy and romance? Add The Conservatory to your stay and get a private space with a king bed, double shower, and a soaking clawfoot tub for two. A stocked kitchenette and private deck easily make for slow mornings with coffee in hand.

The Loft and Conservatory are additional charges.

The kids will love playing in the kid-friendly, gentle waterfall. And once they’re in bed? The grownups can take a relaxing dip in the 8-person hot tub.

A: We are minutes away from Dover, New Philadelphia, and Ohio’s largest Amish community. Nearby attractions include:

- The Pro Football Hall of Fame (25 min drive to Canton)

Q: What about COVID?
A: We are taking extra precautions to keep our properties disinfected, which includes the use of disinfectant on all door knobs, light switches, railings, faucet handles, etc... in addition to all high-use areas.

Q: Is Middlehaven pet friendly?
A: Well behaved pets are welcome with well behaved owners. Pets do need to be pre-approved and there is an additional $100/per pet fee.

This property is absolutely amazing! There was plenty of space for 20 of us. Activities included basketball, kayaks, game room, hot tub. But what impressed us the most was the attention to detail by the owner! There were so, so many unexpected perks! We will definitely be back!

Middlehaven Heaven

What a wonderful weekend we had! Middlehaven is a beautiful home and the property had everything we needed to make our stay perfect! The beds were very comfortable, every guest slept so peacefully. The house was so clean and spacious. And provided so much space and comfort for our entire group. The amenities were amazing! The hosts were unlike any I’ve encountered. This was by far, the nicest VRBO property I’ve stayed at from the actual property to the hosts. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Everything was so incredibly smooth from booking to departure.... Anytime had questions or concerns prior & during our stay, they were responded to very quickly. This wasn't just a house rental; it was so personal & really made you feel at home. The home is beautiful, and extremely clean!!! Exceptional

The house and property were incredible. We had 12 people and 2 dogs for 2 nights - and we felt at home. Rose thought of absolutely everything for the house. Only a few minutes from grocery stores/restaurants but you feel like you’re in your own world. Will definitely be back!

Boys Birthday Weekend

Our family hosted a 13th birthday party for our son. He and his friends were entertained all weekend. The property was stunning, the area is remote and private. The basketball court, game room and jacuzzi were a big hit. The house was decorated for the holidays, which made it feel like a home away from home. Rose was a dream to work with,she even got balloons for the birthday celebration. We can’t wait to come back!

A cozy location for an extended family Christmas!

Middlehaven exceeded our expectations for the space and amenities we needed for our large family Christmas celebration! We ranged from Grandparents to infant and every need we encountered was thought of in this space! Rose put little touches of Christmas decor in each room and a large beautiful tree in the living room that created such a cozy environment for our stay! The coffee bar was a popular hub for adults and teens as we enjoyed warm beverages all day! We played games, read books, lounged in the comfortable seating, soaked in the hot tub and the kids were entertained for hours in the basement when the sun would set early and it was too cold to be outside! That’s just the highlights of our stay, but much more could be said in detail!

Birthday Memories

WOW! Beautiful and homey. This home had everything. Fully stocked kitchen, inviting living room and plenty of entertaining areas inside and outside. The lower level was just as homey has the main living floor. From bedrooms/bathrooms, living areas, games and the hot tub. Rose thought of everything, no matter what your age is, it is there. Not only is the house gorgeous, but the property is breathtaking. Quiet and entertaining watching the deer move between the wooded lot. Our party of ten, 100% of us were in awe over this home. Rose, you provide a 5 star experience. We thank you for your hospitality and ease from the initial inquiry to the end of our visit.

Beyond Expectations!

Our family of 23 had an exceptional stay at Middlehaven. The space was immaculately clean, well decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from local recommendations to thoughtful little touches in the living area and around the property. Awesome House and Host

We stayed at Middlehaven and it’s such a beautiful house. It looks just like the pictures. Plenty of room for our family and little details go a long way. Awesome coffee and tea bar. No need to bring condiments. The beds are so comfy. Towels and hot tub towels provided. Light switches all labeled. The game room is fun for the whole family!

Amazing Property

This was one of if not the best we have ever stayed at. There is space for everyone and something for everyone to do. The communication is amazing and the house has everything you need. Great Classmates Friendsgiving Getaway

Great location and place for our 6 adult couples to stay for a long weekend and celebrate 35yrs of friendship with a big Friendsgiving meal. The fully stocked kitchen, large table, 5 bedrooms, pullout couch and 4 bathrooms provided all the space we needed to not only enjoy time together but also allowed us space to spread out as well. We also took advantage of the firepit, hot tub, BB court and gaming systems…fun for all!! We loved the place and appreciated the attention to details and quick responses Rose and Brian provided. If concerned with stairs this may not be the place for you but if looking for a clean, spacious and entertaining place to stay we highly recommend it; you get what you pay for and more!!

Middlehaven is immaculate and taken care of by excellent hosts in Brian & Rose. There were no problems throughout our wedding weekend and it was a huge relief to know we were in good hands. I’d list the amenities but I can just say there is everything you could need for a stay at Middlehaven and they have very thoughtfully put everything together.

Spring break getaway

This place was absolutely perfect! The host have put a lot of time and effort into making your stay as pleasant as it can be, and they know what they’re doing! This is a place that we will continue to come to. looking forward to getting our whole family together to stay there. Communication was great. Wonderful weekend!

Rose was lovely to work with. Believe her when she posts that she provides coffee,tea, sugar,etc. - Middlehaven has a "Coffee Bar" fit for a five star hotel! Several 12oz bags of high-end coffees pods in several flavors. The appliances are all top-notch and there are plentiful cups, glasses and dinnerware for a crowd. The towels are thick and our sheets were silky. There were actual bath mats, not just towel-material squares. Rose provides a small basket of toiletries in each bathroom, should you forget one of yours. The kitchen pantry has many "basics" like cooking spray and a shelf full of spices. All ten of us could dine at the large table and it enabled several fun-filled rounds of "Telestrations". There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own "space" if desired. Downtown Dover is only 7 miles away - grocery stores, churches, eateries. Almost forgot - there were yummy chocolate chip cookies from a local bakery waiting for us on arrival! Enjoy!

Beautiful getaway

Middlehaven is a slice of heaven! Our family spent 4 days there and it was nothing short of incredible. The house was beautifully decorated and well stocked with just about everything imaginable… even down to a food processor. I’m the type of mom who enjoys cooking and this kitchen was perfect for my family’s needs. Perfect for all ages!! Pet friendly as well The game room was perfect for the kids and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. One of my favorites from our trip were the fresh baked dozen of chocolate chip cookies waiting for us upon arrival… very tasty and they didn’t last long. Also, the coffee bar was adorable. I’d make myself a nice cup of hot tea and enjoy it on the patio overlooking the woods… Spectacular scenery! I really could go on and on about this place seriously. My family spent some quality time and we definitely created some core memories. We spotted a black squirrel and a woodpecker. It’s currently mid march and the weather is breaking so we didn’t get to enjoy the swimming hole but it still provided an amazing view. Tons of outdoor activities to do while you’re there too. Such an incredible place with an AMAZING host. Rose is so personable and made everything a breeze. Looking forward to returning in the future
