Even the covered boat dock is available for use when you stay. You’ll be able to control each bedrooms temperature with mini split AC system, so every one is cozy. The space
This is a split level home with a total of three stories indoor, you walk into the home on the main level. The primary bedrooms are located down a flight of stairs. One of the main bedrooms is one the main level, the last is up a flight of stairs. Each bedroom has a conecting bathroom.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home minus the garage.

Key fob for boat ramp and public pool will be provided with stay. This home is a short one mile drive to Margaritaville.
