Perle de Pepin has a MN shoreline vibe while boasting a 10 ft ceiling of windows to take in the amazing river and bluff views. Enjoy a cup of joe from the kitchen and take it all in! A full bathroom as well as a separate bedroom with a queen bed meets all your comfort needs. Put your feet up while enjoying the loveseat recliner. A private fire pit area with seating is just steps outside your door! This tiny house is located at Bending River Cove Resort with other tiny houses nearby, yet the space is intimate and private. Train and traffic noise can be heard on and off. Ample parking is available, and we are EV friendly! Dog friendly too! We are 10-15 min from both Wabasha and Lake City, were groceries, gas, food and shops are located. Check out The National Eagle Center, take a kayak tour, sunbathe on the public beaches, hike the bluffs or bike the lakefront. Come and enjoy a slower pace of life in the MN River Valley!
