Stay in Detroit’s historic Brush Park inside the iconic Lumber Baron’s Mansion—your private two-story residence with 2,000+ sq ft, skyline views, and a dedicated outdoor parking space behind the mansion. With two king bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and flexible sleeping for up to 6, it’s ideal for families, friends, and business travel.

Hosted by Lake City Flats (LCF): thoughtful design, hotel-quality linens, smart-lock self check-in, and fast local support.

Inside you’ll find restored architectural details, curated art, soaring windows, multiple TVs with streaming, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Prefer dining out? Bar Pigalle is directly across the street.

Location: quick access to Downtown, Midtown, the DIA, Comerica Park, Little Caesars Arena, Fox Theatre, and Eastern Market.

We have stayed here on many occasions for baseball games or concerts, as always host was extremely easy to work with and the accommodations are excellent as well! We live it here and will definitely be back again.

Perfect in all the ways!

This property was amazing for my group of 4 - my husband, me, our son, and his girlfriend. The high ceilings made it especially welcoming and bright. Everything was spotless and decorated down to small details like the amazing smelling diffusers in the bathrooms and the beautiful, real plants. Perfect location with 10 minute walk to the Tigers game and 15 minute walk to breakfast the next morning. Private parking space behind also extra convenient. We are already talking about going back!

LOCATION!

The location was awesome! Walking distance to almost everything. Lots of shops and restaurants to walk to and we were able to walk to the Redwings game as well. There was a parking spot for us and the building is safely secure. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and stay

I was very impressed by my stay here. This was a very central location where you can go anywhere from downtown to midtown no problem. Place was clean and very accommodating for my guests. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Great location and quiet neighborhood

This place is well thought out, mindfully decorated, aesthetically pleasing, and welcoming. Considering the other rentals and hotels in the area in terms of cost, this place was financially comparable and in my opinion more for the money than surrounding rentals. We had a very positive experience.

Perfect spot in The District

The property exceeded our expectations in several areas - location was outstanding for events at LCA and Ford Field, property was wonderfully appointed and very spacious. We wish we had more time to spend there and will definitely stay here again!

Really nice, comfortable stay.

Close to every stadium

Stayed here for 21 Pilots. Short walk to arena. Really nice home. Well decorated and very modern. Absolutely, amazing owners.

We stayed in a mansion!

What an awesome stay! The king beds were comfy, the place was clean, and it was walking distance to everything we needed! The finishes are high end and it was worth every penny. Would definitely come back and stay again to watch Detroit sports (hopefully the next time they win)!

Excellent stay at very nice property

The property was very clean and well-kept, and we felt very safe in the building. It is notable that the second bedroom (with the exercise equipment) is downstairs and can get chilly, and opens up into the hallway (but with a locked door for safety). The towels and sheets could use upgrading, but the other amenities (pour over coffee, espresso machine, shampoo/conditioner, etc.) were very good quality.

Amazing

We came in for an overnight stay for a Tiger game. The location is convenient for sporting event or concert. The house it beautiful and very well maintained. Communication with the host was extremely easy and they were very accommodating. This is our second stay here and we will definitely be back!

Super convenient and nice place!

This was perfect for a short walk to Little Caesars Arena for an event. The mansion is very spacious, updated, and clean. It was exactly what was expected and as advertised. We enjoyed our stay.

Great proximity to so much!

I stayed here with my dog and 80 yo parents and it was so easy to get around - whether that be to the Whole Foods or the GM Ren Cen for the wedding we were attending. The was very communicative throughout the process and always responded promptly.
