This apartment sits inside a small warehouse with a large open driveway to make for easy access in and out with your boat. Over all there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay! *This apartment is on 2nd floor and there will be some steps to get up to it.

Very great property! We love staying here. The location is excellent, right in downtown Jamestown. You can walk to restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores very easily. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a wonderful quiet stay.

Great stay!

We were pleasantly surprised upon entering the newly renovated space. They had the warehouse renovated and it was really nice! The corrugated metal on the bathroom walls was really unique! We also loved the coffee bar and the to go coffee cups that were there for us! Highly recommend!

The host has converted part of a warehouse into this unit. From the inside you would not know. Beautifully renovated. Split heating and air units in each bedroom which was great for me and my friend She sleeps warm and I like it cool. Neighborhood felt save. We only stayed one night during our Hwy 127 Yard Sale shopping. I would highly recommend.

The property was very clean and well equipped. The first problem was, it was on the 2nd floor, and my wife and her 3 sisters are in their 80's, and they had a hard time climbing the stairs. my hearing is not so good, and I couldn't get CC on the TV. The biggest problem was the bed, it was the worst I have ever tried to sleep on. I was up most of the night.

The room was great once we got in. The main door was a little tricky and took us a bit of time, to figure it out. Once we got in the apartment was very nice. We started to go to bed in the BR with the windows and the mattress was covered with a plastic protector and it was noisy, however the other room was very comfortable just no windows. Everything was very neat and clean and the decor was right on with the country appeal. We attended a family reunion every year in Jamestown and definitely would consider this spot again. Thank you for allowing us the stay.
