Beautiful 2 bed, 2 1/2 bath, two story condo, directly on Ormond Beach, sleeps up to 6. Conveniences provided include a Keurig coffee maker, beach chairs and umbrella, and high-speed internet. Ormond beach is uncrowded and pedestrian friendly with firmly packed sand for easy walking and other activities. Front door to pool is a short 45 second walk.
Ormond Beach is centrally located to attractions and destinations such as LPGA headquarters (13 miles), Daytona Intl. Speedway (11 miles), historic St. Augustine (48 miles), Kennedy Space Center (70 miles), and Universal Orlando (73 miles).
Our guest satisfaction is high as evidenced by many families who reserve their preferred weeks for the following year 12 months in advance.

Place size is comfortable for a family of 4-6. Furniture requires updates and cleaning specially the living and dining room furniture. Location is great, it is right by the beach and close to shopping areas. View from the balcony is priceless. Communication with the host was great and received faster response for our request (one of them was the AC not working due to somehow the breaker was turned off). Overall was a good place to stay but I was expecting more honestly.

Relaxing week at the beach

Clean and comfy. We would definitely stay again. Few things that weren't too clear from the listing that I think are worth mentioning, as I would have liked to of known them. The condo is on two levels with inside stairs. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs. Living room, kitchen, half bath and balcony are as you walk into the condo. You are allowed one guaranteed parking spot. Generally when you rent a condo that sleeps six, you aren't driving one vehicle. There are visitors spots, but only about 7 or so and they are first come first served. Although we were able to work with the office on the parking, we still had times we had no where to park. At that point, you park at the Presbyterian church and walk about a mile. The laundry room is a condo wide pay per load (about $2 per wash/dry) situation. Overall the beach was pretty. The town had a lot to offer. The condo was clean. We would definitely stay again.
