Easily walk or Uber to many local restaurants and bars, including Jeff Ruby's Precinct and Allyn's Cafe.

Please be careful on stairs to basement, stairs are uneven and the ceiling is very low. Stairs and ceiling are marked with caution tape for your safety.
We have put a lot of care into creating a special space for guests, please treat it as your own. Please keep in mind that this is a home, not a hotel.
Our home is in a fairly quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum. Please keep music at a reasonable level and refrain from gathering on porches or decks after 10PM.
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please keep the furniture where it is. Please remove shoes while in the house to help keep the floors clean.
Smoking is not permitted. Any smoking in the house will result in a $250 fine plus any additional cleaning cost required.
Our home is great for many things, unfortunately, we're sorry to say that hosting events and gatherings is not one of them. Please make sure that all guests are registered, and the identities of all adults are verified. If you are discovered having an unapproved gathering, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be charged a fee of $500 for not following our house rules regarding events. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Pet rules: We are pet friendly and are open to small well-trained pets staying in our space. All pets accompanying guests must be approved by the host prior to booking, and will require an additional $10 per day per pet fee. Failure to obtain approval will result in a $150 charge or $15 per day per pet, whichever is more.
Please make sure to clean up after your pets when you take them out to go to the bathroom and only put waste in the trash bin outside.
Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture and are not permitted to be free in the apartment without guest supervision; all pets must be crated when guests are out of the house; there are many pets in the neighborhood so please keep dogs on a leash when outside the house; please bring all supplies needed for your pets, including items like towels to wipe wet and muddy paws.
We don't live on-site but can quickly respond to any issues either ourselves or through our team of folks ready to help.

You'll love how convenient this neighborhood is to all the local attractions, including the Cincinnati Art Museum, Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, King's Island, the Cincinnati Zoo, and Riverbend Music Center.
We offer free off-street parking at the property with space for 2 vehicles.
If arriving at night, there are reflectors at the end of the driveway to help you navigate in low light.
There are a number of restaurants and bars easily within walking distance, including a Starbucks around the corner for your morning coffee, a couple gyms, and excellent restaurants like Allyns' Cafe and Jeff Ruby's Precinct within walking distance.
A short Uber or drive away gets you to Downtown Cincinnati, Mt. Adams, and Northern Kentucky.
