Amazing, specious 4 bedroom private suite in this breathtaking, 15,000 sq/ft historic mansion just minutes from downtown, UC, Xavier, Children’s Hospital, Univ of Cincinnati etc.

The unit is equipped with a kitchenette, full bathroom, 4 bedrooms, massive living room and it’s own private entrance & patio. Allow up to 12 guests (3 queen beds, 1 trundle bed with twin over twin, and 2 queen air mattresses). Enjoy the beautiful garden and lush landscape on the property. Free off street parking also included! If you have children, there is a massive playroom!

Our guests will enjoy a private suite on the third floor of our historic home. You will have your own private entrance, completely separate from the rest of the home and over 4000 sq ft of space to enjoy. In addition, the 1.8 acre, fully gated property boosts lush gardens, secluded landscape, and various sitting areas around the grounds to enjoy.

Our family lives in the main house at Marion Hall Mansion and are available for anything you might need during your stay

North Avondale has been described as a piece of heaven...right in the city. Some of the grandest homes in Cincinnati grace the winding streets of this historic neighborhood. The homes here represent a wide range of architectural styles dating back to the late 1800s.

North Avondale is perhaps the most central neighborhood in Cincinnati - close to downtown, the Cincinnati Zoo, Xavier University & the University of Cincinnati.

Celebrated my daughter‘s 20th birthday and we had a wonderful time I loved how open the living room area was and we really enjoyed the ping-pong table in the air hockey table. We will definitely be back.

Yes! This was perfect for our trip. We were in town to do an activity for my twins' birthday (iFly indoor skydiving) and needed a place for the night. It was a really unique space with interesting history. The space and the articles shared with us about the Mansion were our main topic of conversation among 3 teenagers, so pretty pithy to pull them out of their phones. Our biggest disappointment is that we didn't have occasion to stay here when all 5 of our kids were young. My wife said several times "they would have LOVED this when they were little" There were a lot of kid amenities, ours enjoyed the nostalgia of looking at the wooden trains since they had almost all of the same ones.

Excellent host! Great communication and very responsive. It’s an incredible property and was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay next time we’re in town. Bonus was the Tesla charger, as I was anxious about planning where/when to charge. The ping-pong table and air-hockey were a great way for us to spend our downtime. I highly recommend this property if you’re in Cincinnati!

My wife and I and our adult son and daughter had a great time here, spending two nights; we would have happily stayed longer if our schedule allowed. The bedrooms are large and the living spaces even larger! Lots of toys for young kids as well as some games. The bid red sofa was so comfortable, and the huge tv made for a great movie night. We appreciated the Christmas tree that made the living room feel festive.The kitchenette was limited, but perfectly fine for us (fridge, microwave, toaster, and sink, plus a coffee bar nearby). The bathroom had a remarkably large shower with 3 shower heads…good pressure and spray on the one I used, and water was plenty hot.We enjoyed the architectural charm of the mansion. The third floor was clean, spacious, and welcoming. The grounds were grand and the property is something special.

Super fun place to stay. We explored downtown Cincy, Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter. Perfect location! Right by Xavier University. Easy to get everywhere. Walkable neighborhood. Totally private stay on the top floor, felt at home. Had teens, but would have been fantastic with young kids also. Favorite part was sleeping in the princess bed! Even got to see the dogs as we were leaving.

The Marion mansion is exceptional! It is a unique place with a great history. Heather and Matt, and their dogs, are terrific hosts. There was ample room for our group to sit around a table and share stories together. We will gladly come back and send others!

This was the perfect stay for our little family. Our daughter loved exploring the grounds. The game room was so nice to let the kids play in on lazy mornings and in the evenings before bed. The rooms were comfy and cool and the hosts were very nice and accommodating.

Great location, right next to the Zoo, only issue was parking. Was supposed to be one spot per VRBO but got back late one night from Kings Island and there were no spots left.

Unique Property!!

Beautiful area with lots of amazing properties. We had a short stay but really enjoyed the experience. Not your typical VRBO. Would love to stay here again next time traveling to Cincinnati.
