Steps away the kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal from home. The dining table provides seating for four guests. A full size washer and dryer is also available for you to use during your stay.
Head out to the backyard to enjoy the fresh mountain air under the shade of towering pine trees. Plenty of space can be found in this backyard, perfect for letting the kids explore. Barbecue on the propane grill as you listen to the sounds of nature or sit back and relax in the large jetted hot tub.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
