This authentic, cozy studio is part of the Abasto neighborhood. In the heart of Buenos Aires City, amenities and activities are within walking distance. We offer everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Our house is located next to one of the main avenues of the City of Buenos Aires, Corrientes Avenue.
Tastefully decorated and furnished, feel at home in our vacation rental.
This bright, spacious studio has space for up two people. It consists of a 160cm wide double bed with digital TV and WIFI internet perfect for a working session, a beautiful reading chair for having a cup of coffee, a dinner table next to a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and electric oven for those who like cooking and a small but cozy patio where you can sit and relax.
This accommodation has an open private garage inside the building.

This studio was my single apartment; I genuinely love this place. So spacious and bright, perfect for those people who are looking for a place to rest or why not work at home while they can easily visit the main attractions the City of Buenos Aires has as the studio is strategically located having the subway station around the corner and Av Corrientes is just one block away. Also, those who have a car or rent a car, they can park it inside the building as the studio has a private garage as well, so you don't have to worry about it.
