Step inside our luxurious space, complete with all modern amenities, including a stackable washer and dryer. The primary bedroom boasts a cozy queen bed and a stylish desk with a gold mirror, perfect for getting ready in true Gatsby style. The second bedroom comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with a queen bed and a twin day bed with trundle.

Gather around the dining table, which seats 5, or unwind at the bar counter, which seats 2. The black and gold color scheme creates a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere throughout the unit.

Relax in the tub and shower combo in the bathroom or step outside onto the balcony to take in the fresh air. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway or a family vacation, our Gatsby-themed unit offers a unique and unforgettable experience in the heart of wine country and just a short drive to the beach.

**Sleeping Arrangements**

This property requires a deposit and rental agreement to be signed.

As your host, it’s our goal to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be. Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home. For an optimal experience for us both, we’ve spelled out some house rules. Thank you in advance. We truly appreciate you staying with us. • Your safety is our main concern and our insurance will only allow a MAXIMUM OF 6 GUESTS, including infants and toddlers. • No pets allowed. • You must clean your own dishes, otherwise, a $15 cleaning fee will be added to your booking. • Please do not wear shoes inside the home. • Please turn down the AC/heat when you’re away. • No parties or events, an extra $500 cleaning fee will be applied if a party is thrown. • Check-in is at 4 PM or after by Smartlock and check-out is at 11AM. Guest agrees that failure to vacate the premises within the specified timeframe or at the end of the Guest’s scheduled stay shall be deemed trespassing, and Owner shall be afforded all protections, rights, and remedies available at law or in equity to any property owner against a trespasser. In addition, Guest shall incur a fee of $150 per hour for each hour Guest remains on the premises. The hourly fee shall accrue without limitation, be invoiced daily, and become immediately due and payable upon receipt of the invoice. • Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am out of respect for our neighbors. • There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house or garage. If you smoke outside, please pick up the butts and dispose of them safely. • There are security cameras present on the exterior for security and guest safety. Do not move or tamper with them. • The base cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Additional fees may apply if anything is damaged by more than “normal wear and tear” by dirt, spills, bodily fluids, etc. for using extra cleaning methods. • For your convenience, we have left detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine. Please take all bags of trash out to the outside trash bin. • If anything is broken or damaged or simply isn't working properly, please report it to us ASAP. - No more than 250 lbs per bunk. It is always recommended that you get travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances. Please only flush toilet paper. Feminine Hygiene products, paper towels, q-tips, baby wipes, flushable wipes, cotton balls, etc. need to be disposed of in the wastebasket. No video productions without written consent from the property owner. The Guest and all persons listed under them on this Agreement understand that their rental of this property is at their sole risk and hereby agree to indemnify, completely and fully release and hold harmless the Owners, Property Management, their agents and employees, and the property, against any and all claims of personal injury, including death, or property damage, or loss, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees incurred, arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, death or loss, regardless of what causes such injuries, or damage, including those of any third persons. In the event Owner files suit to enforce its rights under this Agreement, Guest will be responsible for paying any attorney fees incurred by Owners in connection therewith. Except as stated herein, the Guests are renting the premises in its As-Is condition upon check-in date and agrees to take good care of said premises. This care includes not making any alterations, additions, repairs or improvements and/or any removal of the Owner’s personal property from the premises without the approval of the Owner/Agent. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property are in good working order, Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately. Owner will make reasonable efforts to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Owner or a person permitted by Owner access to the Property for purposes of repair, maintenance, and inspection. Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds/rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items. By electronically agreeing to this lease, the Renter has read, fully understands, and agreed to all the terms and conditions included in this agreement. Renter is aware that this is a release of liability and a legal contract and signs it (or electronically agrees to) of Renter’s own free will. Perfect Weekend Getaway

Gatsby Place was extremely clean and exactly as pictured in the listing. A great location between New Buffalo and St. Joseph. Tony was very responsive as a host. Very nice private deck off back of property. Definitely would stay again!

Right between Benton Harbor and Warren Dunes is this cool property, also close to groceries, great place for our family trip to Lake Michigan.

Beautiful place with everything you need!

We loved our stay at The Gatsby! Lots of space for our family of 5 with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable too! One of the fan remotes was missing, so we were unable to operate the bedroom fan, but definitely not a major issue. Would stay again!

Perfect!

The condo was perfect for what we needed. We were there for a lacrosse tournament and it was only 5 mins from the fields. Meijer and Aldi were about a mile away so location is perfect!

Gatsby Beauty

The décor, as if you were in the Gatsby era with a modern twist. Absolutely beautiful and well thought out. Anything you would need to make a meal or a cocktail is all there. Including a nice knife set! MOMS with young kids, there is even a 4 set of kids dishes and utensils! Quiet, Clean and enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. We truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!!!

Great place!

It was extremely clean and super cute! It had everything we needed. My only 2 minor complaints were the bath towels were too small and the pounding noises of kids running around from the next door neighbors. It felt like we were in an apartment with loud neighbors upstairs. However, overall it was a great place to stay!

Wine Birthday Weekend

Three friends stayed here for a wine tasting birthday celebration. The location was perfect, close to wineries, restaurants and St Joe. The property was perfect. Well decorated. extremely clean and comfortable. Every amenity available was evident. High quality stocked kitchen essentials made it fun to cook light meals and or snacks. The only recommendation would be to get some wine glasses...

Honestly this property was such a gem. We thought it was just the most perfect location. A very short drive outside of Saint Joseph but close to many dining options. The home is beautifully decorated and just so comfortable. Ample parking and just a short walk to red coach donuts which we did each morning. The place was immaculate on our arrival and the host Tony sent emails to stay in touch. We never needed anything but it was nice knowing he was available. 10/10 would recommend!

Great location for Lakes and Warren Dunes

You never know what you may encounter when you open the door of a VRBO because the pictures may be very old. This one, however, is exactly as pictured. The accommodations were comfortable and classy. We found everything to meet out needs provided, including lots of full size bath products. I didn't cook much, so I cannot attest to the assortment of cookware. The condo was perfect for us, and the extra large balcony with table and chairs and a view of Lake Michigan were where we spent most of our time. It was an excellent location for visiting Grand Mere State Park, Warren Dunes, Pier Cove and West Side County Park, Pilgrim Haven, and Lincoln Park. We had a great time rock hounding for lightning stones, and found many between Pier Cove and West Side County Park. A most enjoyable stay after a week in Detroit caring for my Mother.
