The Breton Bay Breezeway is an one bedroom efficiency apartment that overlooks Breton Bay. This luxury apartment is decorated in a nautical theme, is equipped with everything necessary for a great vacation, full kitchen, linens, appliances and a beautifu view. Apartment is above a detached garage. Owners live at the house on the property, use the lower garage for fitness. Guests have access to the pier for fishing and crabbing, and for enjoying the incredible sunsets.

Lovely apartment! Well appointed with everything you need and very cozy. Bed was super comfy! The sunsets are truly spectacular! The host was kind, helpful and responsive. The area is remote and quiet with about a 15 min drive into Leonardtown. The town has several good restaurants and quaint shops. We would stay here again

Gorgeous Waterfront Property

The property was clean, private and very spacious. Vickie & Scott were most gracious hosts, checking in to see if there was anything needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the setting on the water (also access to the pier) with spectacular sunsets was such a bonus! The gardens were so pretty and the view from either window was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and there many toiletries provided, along with some chocolates and a variety of gourmet teas. We are already planning another stay here as we visit the area often and are excited to have found this gem of a place!

My husband Scott and I live at the property and are here to answer any questions about the apartment or the area. I enjoy photography, gardening, bird watching, (we have several blue bird boxes on the property) and own a small gift store in Solomons. Scott enjoys restoring cars and area sports.

The property looks over Breton Bay in a quiet neighborhood 5 miles from down town historic Leonardtown, with lots of great shopping and restaurants, and community events. Kayaks can be rented in town to paddle down The Bay. If you have your own, they can be launched from a beach are a few miles away.

The apartment is located over the detached garage and is a great getaway for 2. Equipped
with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, plus a beautiful view. You have access to the pier, and seating that has a beautiful view of our gorgeous sunsets.
