We provide everything you’ll need: Beach wagon filled with 4 Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels.

Fully-equipped Kitchen: fridge/freezer, range, microwave, drip coffee maker, family-size toaster and all the pots, pans and utensils you’ll need for creating memorable meals together.

Other things to note
We provide 4 beach towels. Plus there’s a beach cart loaded with 4 beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Please do not put fish in the cooler.

FREE use of 4-Seat Golf Cart that is included in your stay (must show valid license and agree to lease terms). You can drive it to restaurants, take gear to the beach, or just cruise in the side streets of Indian Rocks Beach! The golf cart is not permitted on Gulf Boulevard or any other major roadways. Must be returned in same or better condition. Golf cart is equipped with an airtag/GPS monitoring. You may receive notifications on your phone/device.
We will not tolerate disrespectful behavior of any kind. All Indian Rocks Beach Ordinances must be followed. If we are cited due to you not following the city ordinances, we will charge the fine amount to you at your expense. We spend several weeks a year at our property and expect guests to treat our space with integrity.

Keyless entry – arrive when you like with no worries about picking up or dropping off keys.

Heated pool is not a hot tub. Water temperature will be around 82 degrees. It has a heat pump heater and does take some time to heat up if additional heating is required.

- Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device at both exterior doors and pool area - exterior security camera facing the outdoor. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed
