Great time!

My family had a great vacation! The townhome and property are well maintained. The townhome is roomy, comfortable, and has everything we needed. The yard, beach, and dock provide room for fun. We could swim, fish, and play in the sand. The townhouse is close to pontoon rentals, shops, and restaurants. We plan to return next summer!

Quiet and relaxing

This is a perfect place to rest and relax. Sit on the deck with your coffee and a book and its wonderful. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of beds and sleeping areas for the 5 of us. Checking in and out was easy. Nice big yard to play yard games! Would definately go back and recommend to others!!

Great place to stay!

Enjoyed our time connecting with family. We had enough space for all of us to be comfortable. We really liked being by the lake and enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs.

Nice house on the lake

Really nice dock, lofted duplex with 2 bedrooms but 4 different sleepong areas, 3 beds upstairs. Nice yard and good set up!

Great location, beautiful house

The house has a great layout, lots of room and super clean. Location is awesome, super close to Breezy Point marina, lots of areas to safely walk. We rented a pontoon from BP marina 2 days and absolutely loved Pelican Lake. Yard facing lake is very pretty, mostly green grass, small but nice sand beach area. The only "negative", which the host can do nothing to correct, is lake level due to drought is super low. The hosts do have a large weed removal system which is awesome. Unfortunately, right now lake level where weeds have been removed is super shallow. Small kids would love it. In front of dock is coveted in weeds. Looks like when lake is at normal level weeds would be a couple feet below surface and you could sit on floaties without touching weeds. Hope drought ends soon as this is a really nice place to visit.

Fun week

It was a great place, the swimming area was not exactly what we though but with boat we didn’t need.we love this area so much to do. Wish they would have let us have access to a vaccum.

Great lake place with a beach for the kids

This rental met all of our expectations. The beach was perfect for the little kids, and there was enough space for our 2 families.

Not quite what we planned

Not a 3 bedroom. This is a 2 bedroom with a couple of other sleeping areas. One is in a loft area with little privacy and the other is on the main floor that has curtains for even less privacy. We had to buy toilet paper and firewood as there wasn't really any of either. Coffee pot is for individual use not for three adults that like coffee. My kids had a blast in the sand and water so I'll give it that. The advertisement is deceiving so don't be fooled about what you are getting.

Beautiful townhouse incl. outdoor table on deck. Nice beach, swimming, & dock. Firepit on grass & next to weeds was a bit buggy, and we didn't catch any fish (reeled steadily over the weeds off end of dock for bass but not even a bite) - otherwise things were great!

A definite Return vacation!!!

This townhome was beautiful!! We had 6 of us there throughout the week but could have had 8 stay. Three bathrooms so everyone had their privacy. Having coffee on the dock over looking the lake and loons was one of my highlights! The place was clean, well decorated and comfortable like home. The host, Debbie was wonderful to work with and was so accommodating to our requests. Thanks so much! If I can I return next year I wil definitely will try!!!

Great location and nice property!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well stocked. We had rainy weather so we were not able to enjoy the beach/outdoor area as much as we would have liked. I would recommend this property. The owners are very accommodating.

Amazing!

We come up every year for a week and this is the first year we had a seaweed free beach! Which was in large part due to it being well maintained and having a seaweed roller. The water was so clear which was perfect for our young children! The house was very clean and we'll maintained. We had plenty of room! We loved that is was in walking distance to a park and Breezy Point Resort! We will definitely be returning next year!

Wow what a nice spot!

We joined family up here for a few days to relax and catch up with relatives we don't see enough. We are a pretty active bunch, never really sitting down for long. From guided fishing, unguided fishing, swimming, jet skiing - if you like being on the water it was pretty hard to beat! We also had a 3mo old with us and while he didn't expressly say "hey I love this place!" I'm pretty sure its only because he hasn't figured out how to speak yet. We'd stay here again fo' sho!
