• Bedroom #2: Features one king bed + two twin beds
• Bedroom #3: Features one queen bed + one twin bed
• Bedroom #4: Features one queen bed + one full bed
• Bedroom #5: Features one full bed and two twin beds + twin roll away bed
• Additional sleeping areas: Living room 1 features a sectional sofa + air mattress. Living room 2 features a sectional sofa.

Guest access:

You’ll have the entire estate to yourself, including the gym, pool, entertainment pavilion, laundry room, and peaceful verandas. Enjoy full privacy and exclusive access to everything during your stay.

• We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Hosting an event? Let us know in advance—approval and extra fees apply.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum. There is a 2 day minimum charge for pool heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. Spa heating is always free.
• If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs.
• Hosting more than 16 guests? Each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to availability.
• Events and any filming/photography shall incur a minimum fee of $2000.
