Welcome to the Crow's Nest. Perched high on land that has come down in the Weare family for generations, this new addition gives a fresh vantage point to a historic area. You'll be nestled in the pines, and can wake up to a cup of coffee with a view of the pond out the back door. You'll catch a glimpse of the ocean out of the full kitchen window. Take a quick walk to Perkins Cove to catch the trolley, or walk the 1 mi down the beautiful marginal way to Ogunquit Beach, named one of the top 10 beaches in the country.
This bright two bedroom apartment features a queen bed in one room, and twin beds in the other. Rinse sand off in the beautiful tile shower and keep fresh all week with the washer/dryer. Hosts are on the property to meet any of your needs.
Whether you want time at the beach, solace in the woods, or just some time in the local Ogunquit shops, this place puts you in a great location. While staying here, you will enjoy all the modern amenities such as internet, cable, a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen but also be able to unplug and relax in this quiet setting. Enjoy the seclusion of this property, or take advantage of being so close to the Cove. Perkins Cove is home to a coffee shop, candy store, toy store, along with multiple retail shops and restaurants. The apartment has two parking spaces on the side of the garage and a separate entrance in the back of the building for added privacy.

BUG INFESTED, MOLD, MILDEW, UNSANITARY, UNHEALTHY

We booked Crow’s Nest, Ogunquit, ME from 7/12/2025 thru 7/21/2025 (9 nights).The first few nights we couldn’t sleep because we were filled with worry and anxiety about the number of bugs that we encountered upon arrival. As we began to unpack & wipe down the counters, we began to realize the extent of the dirt, dust, grime, bug infestation (including many spiders, gnats, ticks, beatles) that had not been cleaned or removed prior to our arrival. We were in a new “unknown” space/unit, we had no idea what else might be in store for us. We were up over a garage & we thought that this could be the problem. The pictures for this rental were terribly misleading,not showing all of the "unfinished" areas of this rental unit. We were so tired like zombies the first few days, because we were unable to sleep, having to deep clean and disinfect and figure out where all the bugs were coming from. We lost several days because we were in a space that was uninhabitable and our primary need for a safe and healthy place to sleep & live was unmet. This amount of bug infestation, dust, dust mites, dirt and grime was atrocious & this didn’t just happen over a short period of time, this was cumulative over many, many weeks/months without any attention to cleanliness. We had nowhere else to go & would have trouble getting a place in Ogunquit “peak season” at the last minute and for an extended period of 9 nights.The owners were dismissive and lacked accountability. Not recommended.
