This is a popular property amongst business execs who are in town on a medium/long term basis for research/projects/internships; or for families who are in-between homes.

This 5-bedroom house provides beautiful accommodation in a peaceful setting with a large garden & prolific bird life. It is situated in a secure estate with private parking.

This listing is for 5 tastefully decorated bedrooms. The main bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The other 4 rooms share 2 bathrooms. The ground floor rooms' sliding doors open onto the large garden.

The fully equipped kitchen has ample cupboard space, gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery & crockery you’ll need.

An entertainment area with built-in braai/BBQ and a large garden gives you the opportunity to kick off your shoes and relax after a long day.

Otherwise flop down on the couch in the lounge and watch TV.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house with all 5 bedrooms, double garage & large garden.

Basic cleaning services are provided on Mondays & Thursdays. Additional cleaning can be arranged.

Weekly garden service is included in the monthly rate.

Additional charges apply for long stays (28 days or longer): water (first R1,000 included), electricity (first R1,000 included).

Dogs are welcome. This is my home when I'm not renting it out to guests & I'm highly allergic to cats, so unfortunately cats cannot be accommodated.

Excellent property within the Fourways area

The property was perfect for us to explore the northern joburg suburbs and the fourways area. The house was well presented with good living spaces and large bedrooms. The house was immaculate. Communication with the owner was always positive and friendly and she really helped us make sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend and stay again

It became so much of a passion that I now have several listings in various places all over South Africa. And when people book my own house it gives me the opportunity to go on month long road trips with my two huskies. When I grew up we lived on a nature reserve. Both my parents worked for nature conservation. Nature is therefore in my blood. So besides getting excited about hosting guests, I'm also passionate about all sorts of environmental matters and obviously I just love the outdoors. Broadacres is situated on the periphery of the greater Fourways area; approximately 5km from Fourways Mall and Montecasino for movies, shopping and entertainment, but if the outdoors is more your thing we are also close to the Cradle of Humankind and Magaliesberg which offers sight-seeing and other outdoor activities. A guide book in the apartment will provide you with more options than you will have time for.
