Please note that the laundry area is not included, but there is a nearby laundry service available.

The house is designed to allow you to enjoy your stay independently and comfortably.
I am available between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. if you need assistance, local recommendations, or help with anything during your stay.

Cahuita is a charming Caribbean town known for its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and rich Afro-Caribbean culture. The nearby Cahuita National Park offers trails through tropical rainforest where you can spot monkeys, sloths, and a wide variety of wildlife.
Getting around
Walking: Many places are within walking distance.
Bicycle: A great way to explore the area.
Taxi: Easy to find and convenient for longer distances.
Bus: Affordable option with connections to nearby towns (bus stop approx. 600 m away).
Car rental: Ideal for flexibility; parking available at the property.
Important information
ID is required for electronic invoicing in accordance with Costa Rican tax regulations (no cost or tax impact for guests).
The TV is located in the main bedroom.
Noise regulations must be respected. Parties and loud music are not allowed.
1. Online Check-in:
To comply with current safety regulations, guests are required to complete online check-in through our official channel.
Guests may be asked to provide an image of their ID document and/or a selfie.
2. Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in: Daily from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Check-out: 10:00 AM.
3. Consideration for Neighbors:
This property is located in a residential neighborhood, so guests are kindly asked to be respectful of the neighbors.
4. Quiet Hours:
8:00 PM to 9:00 AM every day.
5. Parties and Events:
Parties and events are not allowed without prior consent from the PROPERTY MANAGER.
6. Guest Limit:
Additional guests are not allowed beyond those specified in the reservation.
7. Damages and Alterations:
Damages or alterations to the property are not permitted. If this occurs, a report may be filed with the relevant authorities and the full security deposit will be withheld.
8. Pets:
Pets are allowed ONLY with prior authorization from the PROPERTY MANAGER. Additional rules apply when bringing pets.
9. Use of Pool and Gardens:
Urinating in the pool or in the gardens is strictly prohibited.
10. Guest Responsibility:
Guests must take care of the property and all items within it during their stay.
11. Property Security:
The house must be locked when leaving, whether going to the beach, dining out, shopping, or doing any other activity.
12. Energy Saving and Safety:
Guests must turn off lights, fans, air conditioning, and the stove or grill when not in use.
13. Substance Use:
The use of narcotics or any substances that alter normal bodily, mental, or behavioral functions is not permitted.
If this occurs, the PROPERTY MANAGER reserves the right to cancel the reservation and request that the guest leave the property immediately.
14. Keys:
When guests are not inside the house, keys must remain in the designated guest lockbox with the code hidden.
If the keys are lost, a $150 fee will be charged to replace the lock.
15. Additional Services:
All additional services (massages, bicycle rentals, tours, private chef services, etc.) must be paid at the time the service is requested.
16. Noise Restrictions:
Noise levels must not exceed 60 decibels at any time, according to residential noise regulations in Costa Rica.
For example, playing loud music, hosting parties, or speaking loudly beyond this limit is not allowed.
