The location is wonderful, walkable to many restaurants and very close to the beach. We had a small issue with a bathroom faucet and the host sent a plumber immediately to solve the problem. Communication was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place for a short weekend getaway! The property was beautiful, and Jonathan was very helpful when I reached out with a question. Great location in a sleepy part of Leucadia.

Great home for a family beach vacation! Very close to the beach with many restaurant options. The house was charming and percent for our family. The management company had great communication- thanks for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It had a nice layout for 4 adults and 2 kids, with all bedrooms on the second floor and a great room downstairs. We drove to Moonlight State Beach, which was only 7 minutes away. Encinitas has a cute downtown, which was only about 7 minutes away as well. The property was clean and had everything we needed.

Friends weekend

Property is well laid out. Easy for a large group with a nice kitchen and great bedrooms. 10 min walk to a surfers haven beach. Easy and nice stay!

Great property with a great location close to the beach and fun places to eat. Easy check in with great communication with property owners. The house is beautiful and well-stocked with items if you want to stay in and cook. Kids loved it.

Long Weekend

The house was very clean with lots of amenities in a newer or recently developed court. The location to the main strip & ocean was very walkable while downtown was a short convenient drive. I would strongly encourage staying here if visiting Encinitas.

Love Encinitas

We love going out to the ocean to escape the heat of phoenix. House was big, nice, and great location. Had a minor hiccup with the internet but otherwise a quality stay. Would have been nice if they had a grill.

Beautiful Property

Lovely house in Leucadia. The house was clean spacious, and furnished beautifully. So close to beaches, Encinitas Blvd, and the train if you want to go downtown. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom and the other bedrooms have a jack and Jill bath. TVs in every bedroom. Garages for parking which is a plus in that part of town.
