Andrew’s Cutchogue house was clean, comfortable and a relaxing private oasis in North Fork. We had everything we needed for a month’s long stay. The kids loved the salt water pool and very spacious yard! We hope to return soon.

Great stay!

Andrew’s place is perfect! He was super easy to communicate with and the house is great. The pool is amazing and we had a great time hanging out in it. House is super clean and just as pictured. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great House

We had a lovely time. House was immaculate and well stocked with everything you would need. Pool was lovely and everyone had a great time. I hesitate to write this because it may become so popular that it maight not be available the next time we'd like to use it. Andrew was very helpful and easily available when needed.

Our 2 week stay in July - Aug

We were delighted to find everything we needed ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The house felt fresh and clean, with most things looking like they were brand new. All beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for us—just a quick 10-minute drive to the beach, and the shops in Mattituck were equally close by. The house itself is just the right size, not too big or too small for a family. The outdoor pool area was a highlight, offering a lovely space to relax and unwind. Overall, this property lived up to the description and we had a great time and are already thinking about coming back next year!
