This impeccably maintained spacious 3/2 single family home with heated pool is in a quite neighborhood. Conveniently located just 1.5miles from beautiful pristine Manasota Key Beach and just a short drive to other Englewood Beaches, Dearborn Street, downtown Venice, several area golf courses, shopping, restaurants and more.

You can start your day with a free yoga stretch class on the beach or take a morning walk on the beach. If the beach isn’t for you, You can walk or bike to hiking trails or the beautiful Bayshore drive neighbourhood.

This home has a private canal boat/kayak ramp nearby with access to Lemon Bay and Stump Pass. You can bring your own kayaks or use the one we have on site to explore the mangroves and nature. You can bring your small to medium size boat and park on site, plenty of good fishing in the area. So many things to explore or just relax poolside and take a dip in your private heated pool. Pool float and towels provided.

This home offers plenty of room to spread out. The primary suite has a king bed w/walk in closet and full bathroom shower with direct access to pool area. The 2nd bedroom has a large king bed with plenty of storage. The 3rd bedroom is a queen bed with direct access to pool area. In addition there is a pull out couch in sitting/sun room.

Property is well appointed with all the amenities of home. There is internet, streaming TV, an outside grill and on site washer and dryer.

The house was fine, appreciated the warm little pool. Short 4 minute drive to beach. Not a walkable distance ,if you’re taking stuff with you. Nice quiet area. Loved the beach. Not as crowded as Venice, and others. Lots of shark teeth.

Family Beach Trip

We had a great family beach trip!! The house was spacious and had everything we needed! It was a short drive to the beach! Sophie was great to work with!!

Family vacation

The property was very organized and clean. Everything you need is there. Only one thing was little uncomfortable, you can’t bring children. We didn’t have any children, but our relatives and friends, who were renting houses in the same neighborhood and not aloud to come. Other than that everything was perfect. Thank you Sophia!

Beyond expectations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There were no reviews when we booked so we were somewhat apprehensive about it but we are so glad we booked this stay! The house felt more spacious than we had expected. The three bedrooms are in separate areas and very private. The house was spotless and so well stocked, we didn’t lack a thing! There were so many personal touches that we really appreciated! We walked and ran to the beach, tried the morning yoga on the beach and loved the pool. The public tennis courts in Englewood are fantastic and the area itself was very inviting. We can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you so much for a fantastic Christmas family getaway.
