A top 10% property for groups up to 20, this restored 1900s home combines historic charm, modern amenities, and a two-unit layout in a historic, quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown. Your group gets 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 7 queen beds/1 full bed, 2 air mattresses, outdoor gathering space, fast wifi, and free driveway parking for up to 4 cars. It's a great fit for wedding weekends, family trips, and other groups that want to stay together while still having separate spaces.

The Space:
The home is arranged as two private units within one historic house. Each unit has its own entrance, living space, kitchen, bathroom(s), and sleeping areas. Self check-in with smart lock keypads makes it easy for group members arriving at different times.

Situated in the historic neighborhood of Walnut Hills, conveniently located:
- 5 Minutes to Downtown (Paycor Stadium, Great American Ballpark, OTR, etc.)
- Minutes to top Cincinnati wedding venues in Walnut Hills, OTR, Downtown, and Northern Kentucky
- 8 Minutes to Cincinnati Children's Hospital
- 40 Minutes to Ark Encounter

The 1st floor private unit is reached in the back of the house up a few exterior steps and has no interior stairs within the unit. The 2nd/3rd floor private unit is up a full flight of stairs accessed at the front of the house.

Guests have full access to the entire house with both units, outdoor area, and driveway.

Such an amazing house!

I had my bachelorette party here and it was the perfect house & location for it! The house is gorgeous, spacious, and had more than enough amenities to make any event here amazing. Great Spot for Large group

My wife and I have 12 kids and this space worked great for us! Plenty on beds and living areas. Having 2 available living spaces worked great with younger and older kids. The kitchens are great with all needed amenities and our host was very responsive. Cool area near Eden Park and beautiful overlook area.

A Snowy Weekend

Awesome!

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO and this was one the top 3-4 by far. The photos were on point. Preston was great to work with! We actually rented two of his houses during our stay. It was perfect for our team and staff because we each had a house. There were a few minor things, like no AC or running out of TP, but we would 10000% stay there again. Like other mentioned, the stairs are very steep. And it wasn’t until the day we left that I realized he had painted all the artwork. Great location - close to downtown. Book it!!

Spotless!

This was one of the most well decorated, clean locations I have ever stayed at. Preston chose quality appliances, decorations (I think he was the artist for the paintings that were beautiful!), furniture, and renovations. There was actually a very nice amount of dishes, glasses, and silverware which we don't normally find in rentals. He was very responsive and as helpful as he could possibly be. The neighborhood is on the border of a not so nice section of town which was concerning. The most disappointing part of the stay were the stairs. There are two very steep staircases in the main house that make carrying groceries and luggage challenging. We were hoping for more living/hanging out space since you could sleep at least 10 people in the main house. The 4 steps leading into the single apartment were also steep which made it challenging for my mother-in-law to get into and out of. There are no handicap helpers, such as bars to assist getting into and out of the showers. I never would have thought of this if my mother-in-law was not with us. The internet was spotty, but from what we understand that has nothing to do with Preston and the residence but has everything to do with the area of town. The grill was fabulous, the picnic tables were great. Overall, we had a great time in Cincy thanks to our stay in Preston's house.

I'm going to start with a warning. This house has stairs. If anyone in your party is disabled or elderly, this might not be the house for you, but my 70-year-old mother was able to climb the four (steep) stairs to the first-floor condo, and my disabled husband was able to go upstairs in the main house. My family stayed in Preston’s house so we could visit the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. Both are within reasonable driving distance. We appreciated this house as there was a lot of room for our 18-person group which ranged in age from 2 to 70 years old. The first-floor condo is where we congregated the most for meals, especially as there are two picnic tables right out back with plenty of space to spread out. We loved that there was a full bath on each floor. The second floor also has a full kitchen, bedroom with two beds and a large living room with couches. All necessities were provided (bedding, towels, inflatable beds, dishes) and more! The third floor basically had three bedrooms, and again a full bath. Also, the house was quiet. We couldn’t hear the kids between floors, and the neighborhood was quiet too. The first-floor condo, and the third floor both had a washer/dryer, which was awesome! Preston has also decorated the house with his artwork, which was a pleasant surprise. My nieces enjoyed the books on the shelf as well. We had fun and enjoyed our stay. You can tell that the house is well taken care of, clean, and safe. I would definitely stay again!
