We enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was super clean and the beds were super comfortable. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The backyard was a perfect place to hang out and eat. Also, the host was easy to communicate with and informative. Would definitely stay again!

The place was very clean and layed out well. Nice location and the check in process and communication from the host was great. But, most importantly the bed was SO comfortable!

The house had a wonderful layout! The shower in the master bath was very spacious and had excellent water pressure and plentiful hot water! We appreciated the ceiling fans and the charging stations next to the bed.

Great house in a great neighborhood. Clean and spacious. Host was very responsive and accommodating. I would just make note that there are no wash cloths provided so if you plan to stay, you should plan to bring some washcloths or throw away loofahs for the showers.

Absolutely wonderful

We arrived early to payson and spent the day letting our kids run out their energy at a conveniently located park! The house has been amazing and the neighborhood equally as amazing!

Relaxing Get-a-way

The property is exactly as described in its posting. We loved dining on the porch, lighting a campfire, and eating s’mores. The house is close to state parks and hiking trails. The kitchen is super cute and had everything we needed. Owner was friendly and responsive.

Great Accommodation in Payson

We had a great stay at this home! It was the perfect size for our family and had everything we needed. We appreciated the blackout curtains for our baby and the older kids enjoyed the games. Also grateful it was accommodating to our 89 year old Nana who needed her walker during her visits with us. Highly recommend!

Comfortable

The property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was amazing, with up to daye high quality appliances, we wished we could of stayed longer to have the opportunity to use it more. It's set in a quiet neighborhood, so it made it easy to sleep in at times. There were 4 of us and it was more than spacious for all of us. Will definetly plan to stay again next year when we visit Payson.

Awesome House

Very clean and uncluttered house in the heart of Payson. Has everything you need and some really nice touches. Mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this property. Really nice neighborhood with friendly people walking in the mornings.

Beautiful, cozy, and clean!

This place exceeded our expectations. It is a gorgeous and functional home. The backyard is adorable and the smores kit to use with the fire pit was such a sweet touch. The neighborhood was great for walking with a park and an adorable pond nearby (gorgeous at sunset). The house was clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was my favorite. Host was communicative and sweet! Would be more than happy to stay again in the future.

Positive Vibes

This home was perfectly located close to everything in Payson. Located in a nice neighborhood that was quiet and friendly. The decor was so refreshing and positive. The host went the extra mile to make the stay comfortable and fun with special things like a S’mores kit, children’s toys, a book exchange station. We loved not having any stairs with a 5 year old and a 76 year old. Could not have been more ideal.

Nice Place With Good Host

The house was very nice and clean and up to date. Neighborhood was quiet. Owner was responsive and friendly. One issue that we had was that the listing shows sleeps 8 and that bedroom 3 has a Queen and 2 twins. We missed the fact that the Queen bed is an air mattress. This fact is listed in the description as one of the features/amenities but could be easily missed so just be aware when booking. Another issue we had was that we accidentally put a hole in the hammock in the back yard. We let the host know and she was very nice about it and chose not to charge us which we greatly appreciated. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

Great home for families with kids!

We had a wonderful stay at Shivaun's home. This was our first trip to Payson to escape the Phoenix heat and we were visiting as a family of six with two children 5 and under. Shivaun's home was very clean and the layout of the space was perfect for us. She provided us with plenty of kid amenities including a high chair, pack and play, utensils, and a stepping stool (which I don't often see in rental homes!). My boys loved the toys and the coloring books that were provided. The backyard deck was great for the kids to play in and us to just sit out at the dining table. It was a little warm for us to fully enjoy the patio but we still got to enjoy it in the mornings when the weather was a little cooler. The kitchen counter space was also great for us to just lay out water bottles, wallets, car keys and quickly find them when we were leaving the house. There were ample kitchen utensils and cookware as well. My dad and husband absolutely loved playing ping pong in the garage also. We had such a great stay and look forward to renting Shivaun's home again when we return to Payson in the future!

Pay attention

The property was great and served our needs. Well maintained and nicely equipped. The listing showed availability. When we submitted our request, the host asked us to arrive a day later. We agreed and changed our plans to accommodate host and host accepted our new dates. Then the original date was "confirmed" without our acceptance. End result was we paid for a night we did not use because we tried to accommodate host request. We did not pursue the matter because the property was great for our needs and there was plenty of miscommunication for all to share. Check dates carefully as they can change without your approval. We had difficulties with periodic internet interruptions. We absolutely believe this was out of hosts control and they did everything humanly possible to help us reset the system and stayed in regular communication. If we were vacationing, this would not have been a problem. However, we were in Payson for business and it was a problem. Nothing the host could have done. I am six foot five. The mirror in the master bath was unusable. There is a light fixture in front of the refrigerator that is probably still swinging from me hitting my head every time I opened the refrigerator. This was a fine property and we would not hesitate to return. Just pay very close attention to dates. Read the confirmation carefully and not just assume it reflects your intention.
