This is a brand new home that is very spacious with 1750 Sq Ft of room to enjoy. We are at the base of a mountain and have beautiful views with deer and other animals to watch while enjoying a relaxing evening. Everything is brand new and fully furnished for you to enjoy your stay.

Great Get-a-way!

Clean and spacious! This newly renovated place was great for our family to stay for a few days! Close and convient to Bryce Canyon. Beds were comfy and it had everything we needed!

Cozy spot

This property was perfect for a relaxing night with our family after a day at Bryce Canyon. The house was new and well put together with everything we needed.

Second time staying at this property. Probably won't be my last. Best shower I have ever used, was amazing after a cold day on the lake. Can't wait to return.

Exactly as promised

Great stay. Property was exactly as advertised. Fairly basic, but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The washer was a nice bonus! Easy to find and get in the property at night too with great instructions.

Bryce visitors

We’re a journey the Utah state parks. Our visit to Bryce took us to this VRBO. It was just what we needed to spread out several days in hotel rooms was great our family of four. It was super clean and easy to get to.

Central location with proximity to several parks, canyons and hikes. The place was clean and seemed safe. I would recommend it.

Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay! Communication with host was great. After a long day of hiking it was nice to come back and relax. The shower was amazing, I’m inspired to remodel my shower.

Amazing house and location!

The house is extremely clean, extra spacious, and in the perfect location for our trip to Bryce. All the amenities we needed with a stocked kitchen and plenty of linens. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip!

The perfect property to stay if you are enjoying Bryce and Zion National Parks! After a busy day hiking it was not far to get back to relax! Kade was awesome to work with, especially after I made a mistake with my dates! The house was clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed! Thank you!!

Very wide open, simple

The central space is very large. The sofa is comfortable. The shower has a lot of heads. Instead of a shower curtain, privacy and splash guarding are handled by a sharp turn.

Good overall stay.

Very nice, clean property with large rooms and a great shower! Our only complaint was how loud the space is. The floors are concrete and minimal rugs caused the space to be very loud with multiple kids in the space.
