Newly Remodeled Home - 20 minutes from anywhere in Omaha!

This newly remodeled home, located close to major interstates, is in the perfect location for great restaurants and easy access to the College World Series, the Zoo, and Omaha’s picturesque Old Market! You can get almost anywhere in Omaha in less than 20 minutes.

Our kitchen is newly remodeled, fully stocked, and has a Keurig with a variety of coffees and teas to choose from.

We have three bedrooms. The Primary Bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and a newly remodeled bathroom. There’s a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share a newly remodeled bathroom.
The basement is furnished with a HUGE couch, TV, a daybed with linens to sleep 1 person, and a table for cards or games.

Within walking distance of the house, there are 4 - 5 restaurants and a coffee shop. There’s a Mexican restaurant, pizza place, Italian, etc. They’re about .6 miles walk.

Additionally, there’s a large outdoor mall and an indoor mall, both within a 5 minute drive.

We’re so proud of our house, and hope you love it too!

Brian is an excellent communicator, very responsive, property was perfect for our needs. Dogs were thrilled with the access to the backyard, property location was perfect for our needs. I highly recommend this property!

Fantastic!

The owner was extremely easy to do business with, checked in to ensure things were going well, and worked with us on extending our stay. Communication was outstanding. House was very clean. Great stay, highly recommend.

Perfect set up!

This was exactly what we were looking for - perfect location, great house and lovely hosts! It was easy to get in and out and they had everything we needed. Thank you for being dog friendly, she loved your backyard! We would love to stay here again when we come back to Omaha!

Reunion weekend

We had a great weekend in Omaha and felt comfortable and safe in our VRBO. The house was lovely and well kept. The host was friendly and responsive to our correspondence with him.

Great little getaway!

Highly recommend staying here, we stayed twice and it is a great home, perfect location, and loved the little fenced in yard!

7-day stay that was not VRBO Premiere standard

Upon arrival, garbage overflowing with food under sink. Flooring and stair treads fell off. Backyard was a disaster. No one inspected the house before we checked in except the cleaning crew, according to owner, who lives out of state. The dishwasher was not attached & useless for 3 days. Dirt, holes, exposed PVC pipe, and bird & rabbit carcasses in back. We had to remove to make safe for our dog. We paid for, confirmed, & expected outdoor space. The fence is broken in several places. Weeds were overgrown in back. ALL outdoor furniture was filthy. We had to clean it ourselves to enjoy outside. Requested and received bug spray to tackle inside bugs. We sprayed it ourselves. No one is managing the property locally. Host was responsive by text or phone (except once). Sectional in TV room is in terrible shape but only place to sit & watch TV when working. Wi-Fi was out for 28.7% of our awake time, but we lost several hours over 3 days (3 upon checkin alone), communicating with host. This resulted in zero entertainment/internet 2 evenings & 1 full day. The host should understand that there is a cost to doing business and have offered compensation for lost time and value. They offered pennies from prorated cable & $100 gift card. We have been VRBO users since 2002 exclusively. Premiere hosts understand their business costs. Very disappointing. Location worked ok. Beds were new. Master bath very small. Our "vacation" required too much time over 3 days working out issues with owner.

Modern house in beautiful neighborhood

Modern home with great amenities next to a great park for walking. The host was very communicative and responsive. I highly recommend this property.

I’m originally from Omaha and went to Millard North, the high school directly behind our neighborhood.

We LOVE Omaha and have lots of family still here. Our family is still here so we visit often. We bought this house to stay in while we’re in Omaha visiting family, so it’s our vacation home too!
