This fabulously updated pool home is just 3 miles from Siesta Key & features a bright open floor plan, 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sparkling new heated pool & spa with ledge loungers. Other features include: All new furniture & appliances, inside washer & dryer, high speed internet, TVs in all bedrooms & a dedicated workspaces in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
Upon entering the home using your assigned unique access code on the front door keypad you will be welcomed by all of the open space and natural light that floods this house. Directly is the designer kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a coastal contemporary dining table with 8 chairs. There’s also a range/ oven, microwave, toaster, knife block set and coffee maker.

On the side of the kitchen is the large open living room with 65 inch smart TV. The living room offers seating for up to 8 people as well as a work station that allows you to remain in the conversation.

The bed configuration is as follows:
Bedroom 1: King bed, closet space, 2 nightstands, TV, desk & chair
Bedroom 2: King bed, closet space, 2 nightstands, TV, bench
Bedroom 3: two full beds, closet space, 1 nightstand, TV

The washer and dryer and supplies (detergent, dryer sheets) can be found in the closet in the flex space. Access to the private fenced backyard and pool can be found from the dining room. The outdoor space is extremely functional with a gorgeous, heated pool and spa. The fully fenced backyard offers a heated pool, tropical landscaping, BBQ area with an outdoor table with 8 chairs, conversation and seating areas, four lounge chairs with small tables around the pool and two white ledge loungers in the pool.
There will be a welcome book upon arrival with wifi info, instructions and info about the area. Access info will be provided 24-48 hours prior to your visit.

There are beach chairs and umbrella, pool inflatables, foam noodles and blue stripe cabana pool towels available for guests to use.

The pool will automatically be set to 86 degrees between November 1st and May 1st. Guests will not have the option to heat the pool to a higher temperature.

Please also note the pool is not caged. As a result, leaves and debris will fall in the pool between cleanings every Wednesday. We do have a skimmer on site for guests to use if the leaves and debris get bad but fortunately the leaves don't impact the chemistry of the pool, so the pool is safe for swimming. Thank you for understanding that there is nothing we can do to prevent the wind from blowing and the trees to drop leaves etc.
This is a tremendous neighborhood both for vacationers and homeowners. It is quiet but very close to amenities including the Siesta Key Mall (1 mile), Publix (2 miles) and all of the dining in and around the Westfield Siesta Key Shopping center (1 mile) including the Cinebistro movie theatre, Rendez Vous bakery, Connor's Steak and Seafood, Baker and Wife, and many others. And being one street North of Siesta Drive you are a straight shot to the #1 beach in the country and can be on Siesta Key in 5 minutes. Having a car will make life very easy since the location allows you to be downtown, on the beach, or on the interstate in about 10 minutes in any direction.
A purposeful walk of around one mile (15 minutes) will put you at the doorsteps of nearly a dozen great restaurants. Arlington Park is a great place for a walk and it's less than 1.5 miles from the house as well.
Premier Sports Campus at Lakewood Ranch and IMG Academy Sport Campus are located 25 min driving north from the house. University Town Mall (UTC) is located 15 min driving north from the house.
