The rental was clean and washer/dryer in unit was nice to have. Iron and ironing board was appreciated as not all rentals have those available for use. The KC streetcar picked up right out front, which was great! Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend!

We were there for our daughter’s volleyball tournament and the apartment was close to the convention center. Check in was easy and the apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved the game room and the security staff was very friendly. Restaurants were all in walking distance. Our host Caleb was great and checked in on us several times to ensure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions we may have. If we’re ever back in Kansas we will definitely stay here again!!

Detailed instructions for parking and check-in were greatly appreciated. ‘Twas a challenge. Building staff were helpful. Nice and safe building. Loved the terrace available above the parking garage. Bed was comfortable. Nice shower and bathroom. Enjoyed eating at Mildred’s and Milwaukee Delicatessen across the street. Floor was sticky everywhere for some reason, probably from the cleaning product.

Very convenient for our planned activities. Room exceptionally clean. Included covered and secured parking was great. Street car stop just outside made getting around to attractions and restaurants easy.

A great place to stay

This is a very nice apartment with a comfortable bed. The living room furniture was quite nice as well. There's a terrific coffee shop just outside of the parking garage. Handy access to the trolley, and easily drivable as well.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed everything about our stay. We loved how convenient it was to hop on the free trolly. It was also an easy walk to lots of great locations, especially to the Convention Center where our meetings were being held. The staff at the front desk/security team were absolutely FANTASTIC!

Most excellent stay for two

Was a stay for weekend entertainment, and my partner and I had an absolute blast. Lots of locations walking distance away. The property was most excellent and almost flawless. Would highly recommend this property and host.

We loved our stay!!!! The host was extremely responsive with any questions we had and the property was immaculate!!! The bed was so comfortable that it would have been easy to want to spend the day there!!! We loved how everything was walkable, and the trolley right outside the door is so easy to jump on if you don’t want to walk (and it’s very clean). It’s too bad that Vrbo requires you to rate “family friendliness”, because this property isn’t meant to be for a family, so it’s an unfair question. If we return to KC we would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!
