Be prepared to be impressed by this 3 bed 2 bath unit at The Towers at Parkview. Fully furnished and ready to start enjoying! Upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and massive granite tops. Spacious master bedroom/bath has large walk in shower and granite tops. Enjoy the peaceful view of the State Park from your screened porch. 2nd floor.This unit is right next to the stairs and elevator for super easy access. 12x40 boat slip available for rent as well.
The Towers offers amenities like no other development at the Lake including an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna, an Exercise Room, a Huge Outdoor Pool with infinity edge, and Elevators erase the need to climb steps no matter where you want to go!

Plan to Barbeque on the Deck while enjoying the breathtaking sunset! The Kitchen is fully-equipped, and is open to the Living Area - great for entertaining and socializing. When it's time to turn in, 2 king and 1 queen beds provide a great night's sleep!

Boaters: Our 12x40’ Boat Slip is available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel.

Golfers: You've surely heard of the awesome courses the Lake area boasts. All of them are just a short drive from the centrally located Parkview Bay Complex. Bring those Clubs!

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! There's an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

Great Condo

It was amazing!

Such a wonderful place to stay. The best part for us was the screened in patio. Very relaxing weekend. We will definitely be back soon.

Amazing stay at a beautiful condo with great host

Sarah’s condo was beautiful, spacious, very clean and welcoming. Great view on floor 2. Large outdoor space which we enjoyed. She responded to questions quickly. My friends and I have been renting condos in this building for the last 12 years and Sarah’s by far was the best. I will for sure rent her condo again next year if it is available!

Beautiful condo!

Very clean and beautiful condo. The listing and pictures didn’t do it justice. Stayed here with my children 23,13,10. They cannot wait to come back. Only negative is we couldn’t stay longer. Wanted a quick getaway for the weekend and it was perfect.Very safe area too! Security was friendly, location perfect near everything! Thank you!

Beautiful Condo with a Gorgeous View

This condo has everything you could need for stay and then some. The process was super easy and Sarah was always available to answer any questions we had. The condo is gorgeous, the beds were extremely comfortable (which is a huge plus for me) and in a great location. Definitely will stay here again when we are in the area.

Nice resort

We enjoyed our long weekend stay…all was great except for the coffee bar. The coffee pot leaked and the floor boards were all warped from previous water damage, so we put the coffee maker on the kitchen counter. Not sure what the issue was with the coffee pot but over in the counter it was not leaking!

Amazing place!

Beautiful condo! I would definitely stay here again! This is also in a great location. We loved sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. Highly recommended!

First VRBO experience, Excellent process

From the booking, to the check-in, stay, check-out, this is a place that is on our list when we go back to Osage Beach. Excellent property, luxury feel throughout. Could not recommend this place any higher.
