Freshly Remodeled @ The Towers at Parkview Bay! Hot Tub, Indoor & Outdoor Pools

This Upscale Condominium really stands out from the others! After purchasing the condo, the new owners took their time to update and remodel to ensure it would become a prime vacation rental! You'll appreciate the modernized kitchen and master suite bath (especially the shower) - and their choices of furnishings and décor. The result is an all-new Towers at Parkview Bay Condominium!

The condo has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full bathrooms. The master suite features a King bed, a walk-out to the screened deck overlooking the Lake, and a luxurious bath with oversized shower. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and direct access to the second bath. The third bedroom has a Queen Bed and a Twin air mattress with pump for a child's use. All of the bedrooms have televisions and ceiling fans. The condo sleeps up to 6 adults and up to 7 guests including children.

The Towers offers amenities like no other development at the Lake including an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna, an Exercise Room, a Huge Outdoor Pool with infinity edge, and Elevators erase the need to climb steps no matter where you want to go!

Boaters: Our 12x30’ Boat Slip is close by and available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel.

Around the Lake Area, our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! There's an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

Relaxing Getaway

Great location on the lake near the State Park area. We enjoyed relaxing in the indoor pool, spa, and sauna. The condo was clean and updated.

Great Thanksgiving

Spent the Thanksgiving week with the family- the grandkids love “our holiday house”! The pool was the favorite evening activity. A wonderful week.

Beautiful

Love the Towers. We have stayed at different condos there the last 5 years. This condo is beautiful and clean. Dressers would be a plus. There is nowhere to put your clothes except to hang them. There were 6 of us that stayed comfortably in this house. We were centrally located to bridal cave, haha Tonka, shopping, even made a trip to Jefferson City. First time in Missouri was a great experience.

Beautiful location and condo

We had a lovely weekend at The Towers at Parkview. It was late in the season so the property was very quiet and we usually had the indoor pool to ourselves. The condo has been renovated and is very nice. The screened in porch was a favorite for our family. The beds were comfortable and the condo was so spacious that we did not feel cramped with six adult size people. My only frustration was that we found dog hair everywhere and dried urine spots by the couch and on the porch that we had to clean up. The manager was apologetic and said the owners have a dog. It seems to me they didn’t clean up after themselves very well. The listing also says no pets allowed. That did not ruin our stay. It was comfortable and relaxing which what we wanted overall.

We highly recommend this beautiful property. The owners did a great job renovating the property and have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The pictures do not do it justice. It is very nice and was emasculate. We enjoyed the large private balcony with gorgeous views. We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The location is on a beautiful part of the lake and is close to restaurants and shopping. We really appreciated that Jason who managed the property was always available to answer any questions we had. If we needed anything during our stay he was quick to respond.

Coffee pot

Coffee pot for fresh brewed would have helped. Also notify there is no soap or shampoos in the bathrooms or tissue. All else was good. Dog hair on the couch was not vacuumed and not from us.

Review

Check in process was tedious and inconvenient in comparison to other properties. The property manager did not take calls and responded via the app. When we arrived we had to wait for the access code to the building. The unit was very nice, amenities were great and an excellent location.

Relaxing trip, but appalled someone stole my son's fish

This property looked exactly as pictured. It was very spacious and clean. I provided everything that we needed for our family weekend getaway. The only thing that I was shocked by was today when we were leaving. My son went on a fishing trip yesterday and left his fish that he caught in the basket tied to the dock. I told my husband to clean them and bring them in, but he had "trust in the people of the Ozarks" that no one would touch them. WELL, low and behold, someone had knocked over my son's worms on the dock and took ALL of his fish out of the basket. Really....who does that?! Someone was that hateful watching him from their balcony when he put the fish in the basket, they decided when everyone turned in for the night that they would "show us" I guess. We'll get over it because we've had plenty of fish before and will have plenty more. However, that left a bitter taste on my experience.

So beautiful! Great location!

I absolutely loved this stay. We've stayed at many condos in the last 5 years and this is by far my favorite. The remodel was so well done, the couch was large instead of the typical small pull out couch most places have. The unit is large and spacious. Everyone had a place and we never felt crowded even in the kitchen (which is gorgeous). The balcony was screened so no bugs bothering us. The view.... WOW! Across the cove is state park so no condos, no buildings. Just natural beauty. The unit faces away from the afternoon sun so you can spend all day out there. The community pool is one of the biggest I've seen throughout our stays. Tons of seating around the pool with sun chairs and shade. The complex has a security guard that works through the afternoon into the night so you feel safe. We stayed the 4th of July and the complex even had their own fireworks show. Staying here actually made us highly consider buying our own unit!! LOVED it all!

The description of the property said there was a golf course on site. There wasn't. Also there was a great deal of noisy maintence work lasting throughout the day on Friday and Saturday. We were also disappointed during the evenings when it was time to relax and watch some TV that there were no instructions on how to use the Spectrum cable service. Our viewing options were limited at best.

It’s the little things that count!

We had a great time staying at this location. Perfect spot on the lake. And being on the fifth floor and only having to climb one flight of stairs to and from the car was nice too. Property was clean. I liked how there were cleaning supplies underneath the kitchen sink and in the closet so we could clean up while we were there. (Meaning I didn’t have to go buy Clorox wipes;) There were plenty of toilet paper rolls, and paper towels and trash bags which I always appreciate too. And I am a personal fan of liquid hand soap which they had at the bathroom sinks. I like this better than the hotel type of bar soap. They even had some laundry detergent available which was nice to be able to do a load of towels. We rented a boat slip which was easy to do and that was an added convenience too. I was a little nervous with the master only having a queen size bed, but it was pretty comfortable and wasn’t as bad as I anticipated. I was also concerned not having any drawers in the bedrooms to store our clothes/kids clothes, but there was plenty of room in the closet, especially if you pack using packing cubes. The indoor pool and hot tub got some use and was perfect for the cloudy days. And the outdoor pool wasn’t too crowded. I’d for sure stay here again. No complaints! Thanks for having us!

Would be best for a short trip

Stayed during spring break March 11-15. There were just A LOT of small things that added up to our stay not being as great as others we've stayed in. The check-in process is a little tedious, same with check-out process. I looked forward to saving money and cooking in the condo. The pots/pans provided were less than adequate. Salt/pepper was completely gone. It was really cold that week and we were told the owners never used the fireplace so it doesn't get used. The manager was amazing and helped get someone out to light the pilot so we eventually COULD use the fireplace! The Blackstone grill was rusted and unusable which we specifically planned a meal around being able to use it. Again, the manager got someone to help us get it cleaned and were able to use it. The shower in the master is nice and fancy but make sure you use the TOP of the lever to point to hot or cold, not the bottom of the lever. This isn't a must, but there were absolutely no frills or notes, snacks, coffee, toiletries etc. It just would have been a nice touch. Our friends stayed in a condo below us (different owner & management) and they had the red carpet treatment. Again, I know we don't anticipate that but it would be nice, and I've had that before as well. I agree with another reviewer on the bed in the master. . .for the price, wish it was a King. Also, it's a very soft memory foam and it caused a lot of sleeping issues and stiff neck. The view is lovely, the location is great!
