Cozy Cottage Perfect for Girls Night Away

Welcome to The Lady Clay, located in the heart of Lexington. This perfectly feminine cottage is a dream space to host bridal parties, baby showers, retreats, staycations, little girls' sleepovers and so much more!

We believe in self-care and wonderful experiences, which is why we've included a variety of amenities to help you relax and pamper yourself during your stay. Indulge in a bubble bath in our jacuzzi tub, or sneak out back for a little quiet time on the porch swing!

Our newly renovated and fully-equipped kitchen makes cooking a dream, opening up to the dining room set up perfectly to entertain while you cook! Our living room has the coziest pink couch and is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the city.

Our VRBO features three comfortable bedrooms, each with their own unique style and charm. The first bedroom has a dreamy pink ceiling, while the second bedroom features a blue king size canopy bed! Upstairs there are two matching king beds and the most adorable floor vanity perfect for a sleepover!

Located in the heart of Lexington, KY "The Lady Clay '' is minutes from our city's top attractions, including the Keeneland Race Course, Rupp Arena (hello concerts!), UK’s Football Stadium, Kentucky Horse Park, and the Bourbon Trail.

This property was perfect for our weekend girls trip! We had plenty of space upstairs in the slumber party room for our children. Each room was decorated so cute! We enjoyed having the utensils needed to cook breakfast on this trip as well. Would recommend and stay again!

Can’t say enough amazing things about our stay at Lady Clay. The home is exactly as described and pictured. Not one detail is missed, and the beautifully decorated home added so much fun to our trip. The home’s location is perfect for walking to shop and meals. Highly recommend!

Perfect for the girls

We rented this house for a 30th birthday weekend. It was as adorable as pictured with the girliest small touches that really set it apart from other options. We walked several places for shopping and eating. I hadn’t realized there was only one shower but it worked out just fine. Would definitely stay again.

The best!

The most adorable place ever! I have my reservations because I’ve had some very bad bookings, but this place was 100% amazing my little girl and her friends had the best time ever! I would totally book it for Mom’s weekend as well. There was no detail that was overlooked.

The dreamiest spot!

I hosted a baby shower and friend staycation for a weekend and it was the absolute dream! From the gorgeous interior design to the ample amenities to make us feel right at home -- we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend. It was already a special weekend of celebration but The Lady Clay just made it all the more memorable. So grateful to have our memories marked by this special, special space.

18th Birthday Sleepover

My daughter stayed at The Lady Clay with her friends to celebrate her 18th birthday and it MADE the day!! Everything was perfect and absolutely precious! I can’t say enough wonderful words about it. Thank you all so so much for creating such an awesome little place!! 💙

The Lady Clay is curated exactly for wedding parties, bridal showers, bachelorettes, or just a fun sleepover with your besties! We rented this VRBO for a surprise engagement Halloween party for our sister, and it was absolutely perfect. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive from start to finish, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The house itself was just adorable—it had so much character and felt like a real home rather than just a rental space. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need and more, which made hosting the party a breeze.One thing that really stood out was how cozy and well-furnished it was. Unlike a lot of rentals that can feel a bit generic or just filled with the usual mass-produced furniture, this place had a lot of charm and a really welcoming vibe. It felt like staying in a friend’s lovely home rather than a cookie-cutter rental.All in all, it was the perfect setting for our special celebration, and we can’t recommend it enough!

Best VRBO rental I have ever stayed at!

I have done a fair amount of traveling- and for years now only have used VRBO rather than hotel stays. This was BY the best one I have ever stayed. We had a groups of 8 ladies for a bachelorette party and truly the house could not have been more perfect. After seeing the pictures I was so excited- but honestly they don’t even do it justice. In person it was even better. All the details and extra amenities make this place so special! It was the perfect backdrop for all of our pictures and we will all be talking about it for some time! It is so thoughtfully curated and designed. It had the perfect amount of furnishings and felt cozy and personal without being cluttered. We LOVED it and we will be back for sure!!
