Renovated home in vintage neighborhood, close to airport, hospitals, & downtown.

This spacious 2-level home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open kitchen/dining, living room, family room, upper deck and lower patio. This quaint and private home, located in a quiet neighborhood in midtown Billings, is ideal for up to six guests. Washer and dryer is included along with three 65" smart TV’s. All four Montana seasons happen in the over-sized back yard!!! The flowers/birds in the Spring; beautiful sunshine and green grass through the Summer; vibrant leaf colors in the Fall; and snow for making snow angels in the Winter! Various wildlife can be seen year-around!
Please note our Rules and Policies: the Primary Renter must be 25 years of age or older - photo ID may be requested; maximum of 6 guests; teens 13-17 welcome; no pets; no smoking; no events or parties.
The Billings-Logan International Airport, Rocky Mountain College, MSU Billings, and Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital and Billings Clinic Hospital are only a few minutes away. The MetraPark/Interstate Arena is ten minutes away. Abundant downtown nightlife includes fine dining, local brew pubs, and a distillery as well as the famous Alberta Bair Theatre, Yellowstone Art Museum, Western Heritage Center, the Babcock, and the Arthouse, all only five minutes away.
Billings is wonderfully located for many indoor and outdoor activities! There are many walking, hiking, and biking trails located throughout the City. The golf courses are pristine through the summer! The historical 32-acre Pioneer Park is only a few blocks away! We have the outdoor Oasis Water Park and the indoor Reef Water Park. The Centennial Ice Arena is open to the public with skate rentals in the winter. Skate World (roller skates) is open year around. There are many developed historical sites within 30 miles of Billings. Red Lodge is a wonderful little resort town, only 60 miles away. Red Lodge Mountain Ski Resort, nestled in the Beartooth Mountains, offers skiing and snowboarding with 65 trails and slopes!!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and located in a great neighborhood. The kitchen was amazing — fully stocked with everything we needed and even a special treat waiting for us on our first morning.The host was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We were able to host 13 family members for an evening meal as we celebrated our new grandbabies, and the space worked perfectly for gathering, cooking, and relaxing.Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a truly welcoming experience!

Perfect Montana stay! This is our second visit and it was just as good as the last. Pumpkin bread and coffee pods were waiting for us. The home is spotless and always so cutely decorated. We even had a pumpkin kitchen sponge! We will stay here again and 100% recommend it!

This property was one of the best places I've stayed. Check-in and out were super easy. The neighborhood was very comfortable and safe. We really liked that its location was very convenient to town. The house was very up to date and clean. I would rate this a 10 out of a 5 star review

If there was an 11 rating on a 10 point scale, I would click on it. This house was super well appointed in every room. The kitchen was amazing. Every small appliance was available to us. Family members stayed in the main floor master & said they hadn’t slept well in years. The 2 bedrooms in the basement were comfy too & cool in design. Lovely deck just off the kitchen where we sat & drank coffee every morning. This area of Billings is quiet & homes/yards well maintained. Very walkable. I highly recommend this property.

Welcoming, well-appointed home in Billings

This home is very lovely. Located in a quiet, clean community, this tastefully decorated home was comfortable for our multi-generational family members. Anything we needed (grocery store, restaurants, shopping, gas, airport) was a quick car ride away. The owner even left us fresh muffins and coffee for our first morning - a thoughtful kindness that was much appreciated!
