Miracle Lake View Villa near Disney— Totally private (no neighbors looking in either side) heated PRIVATE South pool with hot tub facing a 40 acre natural fishing lake on a prestigious Resort area — in the heart of CHAMPIONS GATE, 100% SAFE!

The villa has everything you could wish for: best place for relax, 5 smart NETFLIX TVs, BBQ, breathtaking lake view with private garden.

Safe & deeply cleaned house!

LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION!! The Miracle Lake View house is a bespoke high end villa with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms so could sleeps 14. Professionally interior designed and furnished to the highest standards, it has high speed WiFi, 5 smart TVs. Several families can easily share this house as there are 2 Masters and 4 bedrooms. Two Bathrooms are on the 1-st floor and two full bathrooms with showers and bath tubs are on the second floor.
Totally refurbished internally: washing and drying machines and pool heater, new AC, lighting, chandelier. New floors and stainless steel appliances, new furnishings, granite worktops , new beds, new marrasses, new toilets to all bathrooms, new master en-suite with luxury bath and rain shower with seamless glass partition, new bedding and towels, pool deck refinished. This villa is the perfect location for a Disney Vacation.
Villa Details: The family room has a fully fitted kitchen, a 66 inch Smart TV with many channels, modern dining table and patio doors on to the pool deck which overlooks the 40 acre natural fishing lake, it is screened on both side of our neighbors so is extremely private. The pool has a 24/7 hot tub and night time lighting, five sun loungers, 6 chairs, a table, being south east facing it also benefits from day long sun.
The House located just minutes from famous GOLF courses, near Walmart, Publix and restaurants, 40 acre natural fishing lake. * Pool heat is extra charge.

The kids enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was good but it would lose its water after about 30 mins of running the jets. Not a huge deal but letting you all know.

We loved the house!!! The amenities were amazing, the host thought of everything,and absolutely loved the body wash they left in every shower!!! Claire checked in to make sure everything was up to our standards which was very appreciated. We will stay there next time we are in the area.

The host was amazing and had great communication.We enjoyed our stay and the amenities available! The heated pool and hot tub were amazing! We were in the area for a football tournament and the players really enjoyed being able to stay together and relax in between their game days.The location is beautiful! We had plenty parking, towels, etc to host the large group!

We had a nice stay overall at this property. The inside of the home was clean, well-kept, and offered plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The kitchen was stocked with the bare essentials, so it was suitable for our needs.The outdoor areas could use some additional attention, as they didn’t feel quite as well cared for as the interior. That said, the pool was a great feature—perfect for cooling off on hot days.One thing to be aware of is that pool heating comes at an additional cost, which can add up if that’s important to your stay. We also encountered a couple of minor issues upon arrival, but after reaching out, the owner responded quickly and resolved them, which we appreciated.The location is convenient to the parks, though with traffic, travel time to Disney was closer to 45 minutes. Overall, this is a solid option for families looking for a comfortable place to stay.

The inside of the home was stunning and had been recently renovated. There was plenty of space and the piano was a nice touch. The outside on the other hand needs some upkeep. The landscaping in the front needs to be done. There were overgrown weeds leading up to the front door and a pile of leaves in the front yard. The screens were torn on the screened in pool and the faucet outback near the pool did not shut off completely so it leaked constantly. When the hot tub was turned on the level of the water decreased significantly and we had to keep filling it up. The filter cover in the hot tub came off due to a crack in it. The bottom of the pool needed cleaned and some spots refinished.

Dear Deb, your review is very important for me, I appreciate it!! I want my house to be the best rental ever!! My prime goal as the house owner for all my guests to have only 5* vacation experience!! Thank you for mentioning that the house is newly renovated, nicely decorated and the pool and SPA with gorgeous lake view was amazing 😊 If you have mentioned any cleaning issues with the floor I would immediately send my best cleaning crew to the house. Our past guests reviewed the our house as the Cleanest Rental they have ever stayed!! Cleaning is our priority. To all guests we provide at least 3 toilet paper rolls for each 4 bathrooms, washing pods and dishwashing pods as well as all kitchen supplies like paper towels and extra trash bags. For your guests I have ordered the same day delivery of extra toilet paper and all other staff and I’m very surprised to read your review. We have bought new vacuums cleaner for future guests it’s kept in the garage. I would be happy to resolve any issues and answer all request of my guests to provide only five star vacation experience for you♥️ With love, Claire, House owner
