Location, location, location! This 4bd/3.5bath home is located in the highly desirable community of La Colonia. It is a short drive to the Polo Fields where the famous Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals are held. Also extremely close to Walmart, Starbucks, retail stores & gas stations. Truly, a must see!

The space
Beautiful home, in a great neighborhood. It is backing to nature, has a great pool and a great happy vibe about the home.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATIONS:
ROOM 1: Master Bedroom with 1 King bed (2 XL twin rollaway beds are available in the closet)
ROOM 2: 1 Queen
ROOM 3: 1 Queen
ROOM 4: 1 Queen (Attached to casita with an exterior entrance)
*All bedrooms also have smart Tv's except for Room 3 (without lamps) *

There is no indoor connecting door to the attached casita. You will receive the code to get in with your check in instructions.
POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee).
Spa only: $35/daily to 102 degrees. (On demand only and must be turned off after use). PLEASE NOTE, SPA is NOT heated for arrival, pool is. When one needs to use the spa, please use the controller provided at the property to turn it on, when needed. Please turn it off after the use. Depending on the time of the year and day, it can take anywhere from 10 mins to 45 on average.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let us know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. It is important to submit the payment at least 2 days in advance. During winter, it can take at minimum 24 hours prior to get the pool heated. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time, this applies to nearly every pool in the desert. The heater always stays in pool heating mode, unless the spa is used. It is important to turn the spa after one is done using it and notify us to have the heater on pool heating mode. Pool stays warm while spa is used, unless spa is run continuously for extended period of time (many hours straight or overnight), so it is important to shut off the spa after the use.
Payment can be made via Airbnb. **Pool heating is usually not needed starting June 1-mid September, depending on the year, please reach out closer to those dates to confirm. Spa heating fee is still in effect all year round.
PETS:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet's stay and $25 for each following pet.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out
CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.


CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: 
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK ("Waiver &

In utilizing the swimming pool amenities ("pool"), you
Will be expressly assuming the risk, legal liability, waiver,
And release of all claims for injuries, damages, loss or
Death which you, your family members, guests, invitees
And licensees (collectively, "Pool Area Users") might
Sustain as a result of utilizing any and all amenities
Connected with and associated with the pool.
I and the Pool Area Users agree to abide with the rules of
The pool ("Pool Rules"). I Understand that landlord, its
Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and
Representatives (collectively, "landlord") retain the right
To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person
to comply with the Pool rules.
WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS
INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE:
PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH.
I. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In exchange for the landlord allowing me to voluntarily
Utilize the pool, I understand and agree to:
ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of,
Associated with or related to my and the Pool Area Users'
Use of the pool, even though such risks may have been
Caused by the negligence of the Landlord;

BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR
DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users may sustain
while using the pool, even though such injury, damage,
loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of
the Landlord;
INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any
And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs,
Including attorneys' fees, which might arise out of my or
The Pool Area Users' use of the pool, even though such
Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been
Caused by the negligence of the Landlord.
a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and
forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of
action that I may have or have had, whether past,
present or future, whether known or unknown, and,
whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising
out of my or the Pool Users' use of the pool;
b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver
of any and all actions or causes of action against
Landlord;
c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or
wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may
suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or
omissions of others;
d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming
full responsibility for any and all risk of death or
or personal injury or property damage suffered by me
and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and
e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal
representatives, my assigns, my children and any
Guardian ad litem for said children.
I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this
Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and
language in it. I further understand that this waiver &
Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and
Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i
agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder
of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force
and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal
proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State
of California.
I have read and fully understand the above important
information, the potential dangers incidental to using
the pool, the warning of risks, assumption of risk and
Waiver & Release of all claims, and I voluntarily choose
to use the Pool.
