Very helpful host, nice property

We were in the area for a work assignment and appreciated the location and layout. The host was vewry helpful explaining the check-in procedures and supporting the stay.

Enjoyed out time

Property was well equipped and the host was always accessible and helpful. We enjoyed our time and would visit again. It was great to be able to use the pickleball facilities and play some competitive games.

Lovely stay

The house was amazing, everything you needed, the beds were so comfortable and Lisa was just the best host, nothing was too much trouble which made our stay perfect. We used the pickle ball courts, swimming pools and the golf course, everyone we dealt with was super friendly and helpful.Would definitely recommend this house to anyone wishing to stay in Indio. We will most surely be back next time we come to America.

Right on the Fairway

Home was very clean, well stocked only need to bring your food and essentials. Great host’s. Had access to a very nice gym, great place for morning or afternoon walks around the gated community. There is a small pool a short walk away or you also have access to the main pool next to the club house.

Everything was exactly as described. I needed a place for a short stay while in Thermal. The house is in a gated community with the option of the garage for a small trailer I brought with me. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access. Communication was spot on!

I rented this home with two girlfriends for a little get away for 10 days in February! The house was absolutely perfect for us. A very nice location and was extremely clean and well appointed. A better kitchen than I have at home. Extremely comfortable beds. I highly recommend this property.Our flight was delayed one day but Evolve gave us a refund on the night we missed without any hesitation.Our contact person, Lisa, was amazing. She sent us lots of information on the area before we arrived which was helpful. She had our license number in the system before we arrived so there was no problem entering and exiting the gated community. Lisa was available to us 24-7 and helped us a great deal and always with a smile. She even delivered flowers from one of our significant others on Valentine's Day!I highly recommend this property - you won't be disappointed!!Carole
