Secluded 5 acre getaway heated inground pool 6 person hot tub

Escape to this fully renovated, secluded getaway located just 30 minutes from entertaining downtown Cleveland and 45 minutes from the world famous Cedar Point in Sandusky! The main attraction is the heated 20’x40’ inground pool and the brand new 6 seater hot tub.

Privacy abounds on this 5-acre property set within charming Oberlin. Modern amenities provide all the comforts necessary for a relaxing stay or quiet remote work setting take in a movie, or unwind in the pool/hot tub overlooking the lush forest. Indoor meets outdoor living, a truly nature-rich experience awaits you!

This spacious raised ranch sleeps 8 comfortably. The first two bedrooms are on the main floor and the third and fourth bedrooms are on the lower level of the house.

The breeo fire pit has a sear plate on top that gets extremely hot use caution, fire wood is included.

The pool is open April-September

I strive to be extraordinary quick with responses, if you have a question ask. When in town I will check the pool and hot tub chemicals 2x/week. Usually Monday and Friday mornings with the latter being trash day. Friday will be around 8am typically mow that day as well.
Please have garbage out the night before. I will take the cans down. I ask that you please take the empty cans back to the house it’s impossible to time when the service will pick them up. There is a dog fee $100 please add your pet when entering guest information.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. Very private and lots of rooms for our children to play. The pool is awesome and well maintained.

Great family gathering

We had the best time! The weather cooperated, and we were able to enjoy the lovely pool everyday. The home was spacious and comfortable for grandparents, parents and kids. Very clean and well stocked. We look forward to staying again!

The house and property were wonderful! The kids loved the pool and yard and there was plenty of space for everyone inside and out. House and pool/hot tub were very clean. The listing was very accurate. We will recommend it to others we know and will likely be back again soon!

Check in to the property was pretty easy and host responds pretty quickly to messages. We chose to stay at this house because of the pool and we were in it almost everyday. The living room is also very nice with a big tv and we had enough bedroom for everyone. There is also a nice big yard to give you privacy. Our only complaints about the property is that the kitchen was not as stocked as we were expecting like having enough bowls for everyone or certain cooking utensils. There also isn’t really any shade around the pool but I was informed that the umbrella had broke recently in a storm. The pool is very nice and we enjoyed it a lot but there are some loose bricks surrounding the pool. Overall everyone had a great time and we would definitely stay at this house again.

Peaceful getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Was a peaceful getaway. Quiet neighborhood, well kept clean pool and hot tub, and a large backyard. The pool itself was an entertainment for our children. Thank you for making it a great stay!

Secluded and Peaceful

We had such a peaceful, enjoyable time. The gas fire pit and jacuzzi were so relaxing. Just what we needed for our long weekend. The host was very attentive and the home was clean and inviting.

Golf Getaway

Perfectly located to play at multiple public courses, all in beautiful condition. Back to the house to relax in the pool or hot tub. Couldn’t have been easier!

Beautiful home.

The house is beautiful and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. Steve was easy to communicate with prior to the stay. The only negative comments I can make are the kitchen can use a few other pieces of dishes and a cutting board. The cleanliness of the house needed some attention. Unfortunately that left a bad impression on us.

We enjoyed the pool. The wooded area provided privacy. We were close to shopping. We spent one day at Topgolf which was only 30 minutes away.

Beautiful Getaway in Ohio

The home was absolutely beautiful and the property as well. Steve was very responsive and available to address any concerns, one small thing popped up while we were there and it was handled immediately. The property is also dog friendly and our beagle was in her glory! I highly recommend this property, we cannot wait to go back!

perfect family getaway

This property was the perfect family getaway! The pool was so much fun and my daughter who is still learning to swim just loved it. The fire pit and hot tub were great for the evenings. Not a far drive to town, stocked with all the essentials and we could bring our pets-exactly what we needed. Host (Steve) was great to work with and communicate with. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful retreat

The house has nice upgrades it has a charming cottage feel. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained. The outdoor setting is gorgeous! So peaceful. The owner was very responsive in responding to a very tiny hiccough. I would definitely go back again.
