Huge 5 bedroom classic colonial with inground pool and hot tub! Under 2 miles to the Saratoga Racetrack, under 5 minutes to Broadway. Sleeps 12 comfortably, plenty of room for large groups or multiple families.
The Space:
Newly updated classic colonial. All new interior renovations include a rustic, modern farmhouse decor with its own little special Saratoga details. Features a large open concept living/dining area. Enjoy a book and a bourbon in our cozy fireplace room. The garage was recently converted to a pool house with a full bar and opens up to the beautiful backyard and swimming pool.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property
The Neighborhood:
We are located in a quiet family neighborhood. We expect all of our guests to respect our home and our neighbors as if they were your own. Please no music outdoors.
Interaction with Guests:
We will not be on the property during your stay, but we are available if needed
