Welcome to Shoebox! This one-bedroom condo with central air and hardwood floors is in a completely restored historic building. Close to both Brant Point and Cliff neighborhoods, this location affords quick access to the lure of Town and all its shops and restaurants.
The entry foyer of this unit has been updated with wall-mounted candle sconces from Ethan Allen, rope lamp from Coast, & Chilewich rug. You will feel right at home with the ample storage available from the two hall closets and walk-in pantry. Beyond is the living room with an exposed-brick accent wall. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area and kitchen. The kitchen includes a gas cooking stove, stainless appliances and stone countertops.
The bedroom has two closets, a new queen bed with storage below, and beyond is a bathroom with a tub/shower. Across the hall from the unit is a communal laundry room.
Guests also have usage of the shared back patio & grill.
California Closets to be installed in bedroom & hallway closet space in July 2023.
